This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condominiums offers all of the comfort and amenities needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation in Puerto Vallarta. The building is in the heart of PV's Zona Romantica steps from bars, restaurants, galleries, gay clubs and only a block from the beach. Whether you are here to enjoy a long weekend or spend a month, our condo is the perfect home away from home for you and your family/friends.

The condominium is fully furnished in a sophisticated and contemporary style with modern Mexican touches of color and original artwork. Unit features fully equipped custom designed kitchens with modern appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), granite counter tops, breakfast bar with seating for four, and private terrace.

The condo is owned and managed by Pepe & Jules Gonzalez. We own six condominiums at The Park in downtown Puerto Vallarta, managed under the name of our family run business Sea Salt Rentals. We will personally welcome you, make sure you are settled in and assist throughout your stay.

Beautiful Roof-top Pool in great area

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed the rooftop pool amenity! We enjoy this area of town for shopping/restaurants and the best access to the Malecon, and hiking to beaches further south. We did not see any other families with kids at this property, which was fine for us, but if you are looking for that you might look elsewhere.

Excellent Condo & Excellent Location

The Condo was very nice and looked just as described. It was very clean. It was on the second floor. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Great location.....one block to the beach and tons of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Very safe area. On Saturday morning at the Park across the street they had tons of vendors selling things and amazing food. We will definitely stay there again. Thank You!!!!!
