Located just one block from a lake, playground, and Basketball court. Our private community includes 5 lakes (1 swimming lake) and 2 pools.
Great fishing in our private lakes.
Basketball and Tennis Courts.

*There will be additional $10 per person Amenity fee if you choose to use the amenities such as the pools or lakes.This fee can be paid in advance or after check in.

*Amenities are seasonal and contingent upon health guidelines, staffing, and weather*

Great we'll appointed small house with play yard for kids, and small deck.Getting to many kid friendly places was far, pools were not free and cold.Washer/dryer would have made huge difference with small children. Cute little getaway with lots of free condiments and daily deer visits.

Host was very responsive. Home already had a lot of items like paper plates, cups, towels and garbage bags. In a safe community. Great water pressure, clean house and useful fireplace. Felt like home.

Great Memories

We had a wonderful time staying in this very comfortable home with our 4 children. The hiking in the area can't be beat. The lake in the community and the pool were very nice. We had lots of laughs around the campfire. Would definitely stay here again.

My children and I had an amazing experience at this Mountain Road property! The home is beautifully decorated. The in house amenities included washcloths, towels and bed linens.

We found this house to be as described. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for the places we wanted to visit. The host was excellent with communication. Always quick to respond to any questions. The directions to the house were perfect. We appreciated the instructions for entering the home and the rules of the community. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We did not get the amenities passes as were busy doing day trips to local attractions. We did not cook meals at the house as there were several restaurants in the area we had wanted to try. We appreciated the thoughtfulness the hosts put into making this a child welcoming home. Our grandchildren (ages 8 and 6) loved the Foosball table. One of their favorite activities of the trip was challenging the adults to Foosball games. At the end of the day, it was great to be able to relax on the deck and watch them enjoy the outdoor playset. There were also games, books and a kitchen set for children to enjoy. Definitely family friendly. We had a wonderful time and would choose this house again if we were going to be in the area.

Family trip

This was our first vacation just my husband and our kids and this was the perfect house for us ! Great adventures only a few miles away and a place in the woods where we were able to enjoy peace and quiet. Thank you for letting us enjoy your house !

Very cozy house, we had an issue at the gate but Alex was quick to resolve the issue and I couldn’t thank him enough for that. Bonus not everyday you get to feed and pet the deer in the backyard. My kids loved it.

Mountain House

Long weekend in the mountains about an hour and a half away from home for new years required a house close to the family activities. Hiking, snow tubing, and relaxing around the fire pit with family was a great escape. This place fit our needs for the weekend.

Snowy Long Weekend

We decided on a nice Valentine’s Day weekend with friends and we picked the perfect home! We blow a fuse the first night and the owner was there immediately to take care of the problem. Check in was a breeze and the home was cozy and well appointed!

The stay was great and the location was wonderful. We stayed here for a long weekend for the Spartan race. The host was quick to communicate with. Our toddler absolutely loved the kitchen and the deer. The main note I have is the listing says there is AC, which is true, but it is a window unit in the living room and the master. If you let them run, the entire house does cool down nicely. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Excellent Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful vacation at Indian Mountain Lake. The house was perfect for our needs, and the hosts were excellent with communication and being helpful. It was great to have pool and lake access within the community. We loved the yard with the fire pit and swingset. It was amazing to have the deer around. One even came up and sniffed and licked my hand while I was sitting by the fire, and another one let my five-year-old walk right up to it. I highly recommend this listing if you are looking to relax and enjoy nature.
