"Welcome to Seasons by the Sea, centrally located in the heart of beautiful Gulf Shores, AL! This exceptional and spacious condo is a unique gem offering an ideal combination of location, size, price, and an available boat launch – a rarity in this area. The condo boasts a delightful pool conveniently situated just at the base of the stairs. Covered parking, along with two fantastic balconies, complements the offering, making this an enticing stay.

Upon stepping inside the condo, you'll discover an abundance of high-quality amenities. Each of the three bedrooms and the living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The accommodation features 2.5 baths and a generous living and dining space that seamlessly merges into a large, fully equipped kitchen, ready to assist in preparing your fresh catch of the day. Additionally, complimentary WIFI is available for your convenience.

Reservations for the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:

Vehicle Registration Tags are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 cars. Linens are provided, although guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies: Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property and are required to provide photo ID at check-in. Smoking is prohibited, and dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $225. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted.

No Boat Ramp

Property is nice and in a great location, the boat ramp listed is not an actual boat ramp, it drops off at the water, you cannot actually launch anything with a trailer. You may be able to lauch kayaks by hand but thats it.

Relaxing getaway

Great location, very close to beach and restaurants yet private. Condo was very spacious, decks were great with small view of the Gulf. We had the pool to ourselves!

Quaint, but requires many updates.

We had somewhat of an interesting experience here. First off, the location was exceptional. When we arrived there were some men putting railing on the units at OUR check-in time. This was clearly a miss of the property management company. Next, we get into the unit and it’s dirty. I mean filthy. The dust that was on the vents was unbelievable and on the door hinges were dust and gunk. Again, nothing that couldn’t be remedied. We did have to stay one night at this spot, but the next day we asked the property manager to meet us at the unit to view our findings. She immediately moved us to another unit as she was astounded and disgusted by the findings. In the night we did stay, the beds were absolutely awful. My husband and I are pretty young, and we were sore after 1 night. I cannot imagine having spent the entire 10 days there. Here’s the bottom line, this property is nice. The footprint is great, and it’s the perfect vacation rental. However, the owner needs to put some money into this thing (beds, furniture, new window treatments, etc.) In addition, the property manager needs to check the work of the housekeepers so this doesn’t happen again in the future.

Great place & location

Check in was a breeze. The property was good. Descriptions of the beds wasn’t correct— the Master only had a Queen & not a King. Mattresses need to be updated. But overall we had no issues with the house. The swimming pool that’s shared with 2 other units is nice. Walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend.
