This Platinum, first floor residence offers an open floorplan with wall-to-wall windows and a gas fireplace in the great room, a dining area and full kitchen with gas range, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Additional features include two queen beds in the third bedroom, custom lighting, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, private ski locker, on-site parking and complimentary ski season shuttle to/from Vail and Beaver Creek. Guests will enjoy scenic views, and the convenience of staying steps from Avon restaurants, bars and shops. There’s also a fitness center, indoor lap pool, hot tubs, an adult sports lounge and youth game room available for use. Per Ascent HOA Rules & Regulations, regardless of bedding only 2 rental guests are allowed in each room with the exception of infants under 1 year old.

Home Sweet Snow

This was our first time in this area. The condo was a great location to skiing and restaurants. The shuttle was extremely helpful and we used it daily. Greg and Don were such a delight and both very helpful. The pool and game areas were never busy and my kids loved the basement game room. My only regret was that we asked for early check in and we didn’t get to check in until after 5 pm. The condo was also not super clean. I think they were probably short staffed in that area. Overall, we would stay here again!

Unit was great- well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds/furniture, good layout. Building amenities were excellent- used hot tub and steam room. Location is outstanding. Host was excellent. Only negative was the shuttle service. Shuttle bus parked right outside but very limited hours and not easy to deal with.

Great place and location

This property had all the amenities and was nicely furnished. Can't beat the location.
