Beautiful open concept house at Eastman in Gratham NH. 20 minutes to Dartmouth/Hanover and Lake Sunapee areas. 1 hr to Manchester Airport and 2 hr to Boston Logan Airport.

3 bedrooms (master with full bed & full bath, 2 bedroom on lower level with full bath- 2 single beds & 1 full bed). Sleeps 6-8. Full kitchen, gas grill, decks to enjoy the spectacular wooded vista. Plus full enclosed screened porch for bug free enjoyment. Upper level with pool table and tv for fun relaxation.

Eastman offers 18 hole public award winning Golf in summer and Excellent cross country skiing in winter. Large lake with beaches and water sports. All less than 5 min from your home location.

Skiers head to Mount Sunapee on your Epic pass for a great day. Also about 1 hr 15 min to Okemo or Killington!

Great restaurants and shopping close by in Hanover/Lebanon/White River Jct VT and New London NH.

Great home in a wonderful location

Eastman/Grantham Great House

Great house that allowed my family to spend time together or plenty of different areas if you wanted alone time in this multi level home. Very clean, had everything you needed and the pool table kept the younger generation busy! Will definitely book again when in the area.

Clean, large property in a great location!

My family and I stayed here over Christmas 2019. The house is large and was more than enough for 7 of us to stay. One person slept on a cot but the rest of us had beds. It was very comfortable and clean. My only feedback is the downstairs bedrooms were very dry, a humidifier would've been a great add. The check-in process was very easy (key in lockbox), and Jay emailed me prior to the booking with instructions and notes. I would stay here next time I'm looking for a house in Grantham!

A great weekend in NH and VT

Met owner Jay upon arrival. Very welcoming in his well appointed home. We had everything we needed and really loved the screened in porch in the country setting. Friends and I did the cancer fund raising ride ( Prouty) starting in nearby Hanover and I took my paddleboard down to the beach for 2 paddles on beautiful Eastman Pond.
