Modern fully double glazed one bedroom unit. Bedroom with a comfy California King bed. There is also an option for a trundler bed for a 3rd person.
Ensuite bathroom, Kitchen, TV and DVD player with Freeview. Walk out of the lounge onto a patio/deck overlooking and orchard of fruit trees listen to the numerous birds singing or the horses next door.

off street parking in front of attached garage on unit however garage can not be used.
8 mins to the airport
8 mins to the valley shopping centre
9 mins to the beach
5 mins to bell block shops and the warehouse
15 mins to Pukekura Park

Guest have full access to the unit (not attached garage) and garden/orchard area

Other things to note

Unit is accessed via our main driveway and as we have 3 young children and a dog, the gate over the driveway is automatic, a code will be given to you prior to arrival and will be closed at all times for safety reasons.
Must be ok with Dogs - our dog (a small spoodle) may occasionally wander down to the unit. He will sometimes bark at strangers but means no harm but we will try to keep him away for your stay.
No parties or gatherings of any kind

Wifi - as we are rural the wifi can be patchy and sometimes the signal can drop out. The signal comes from the main house so is weak in the unit. It can be accessed in the main lounge area at the front door and outside the unit but normally can not be accessed in the bedroom. If you rely on wifi please be aware of this.

We are open to negotiate the stay of non shedding pets depending on circumstances. There will be an extra $35 fee added on to the cleaning fee due to using extra products/cleaning after a pet has been in the unit. However any pets are to be prior approved with us BEFORE booking.
