This property was perfect for a weekend with grand parents, parents and young adult grand children. Well equipped kitchen, great outdoor spaces and the table tennis got good use. Handy location walkable to beach and shops. We'll be back!

Convenient location. Good house for a large group
Could have provided more than one roll of toilet paper for the weekend, and provided some tea towels or be clear about what linen is required to bring.
Easy walk to beach with surf boards, fab location near shops, river too. Great house - not super fancy but has everything you need - big dining table, awesome outdoor area, separate kids bunk room. Well stocked kitchen. Fire place was lovely
Fantastic property, perfect location. Just what a holiday house should be like. Plenty of space with a bonus 'teenager/young adult' room and pet friendly. Lovely outside decking area. Walk into shops easily, down to river and beach. Definitely stay again.
The house was large enough to accommodate 12 people ranging in age from 2.5 -76 years. There was a huge kitchen table, two lounge areas and three showers. The fire kept it warm and cozy, the board games and ping table provided entertainment. It was well located to take small kids to the playground or beach and an easy walk to town for those with slightly longer legs. In warmer weather the outdoor table would also be great.
Great location, walking distance to Anglesea beach and cafes. Comfortable family holiday house, with plenty of bedrooms and large separate space with table tennis table perfect for teens. Our second visit, we will definitely stay again. Also secure fenced yard and big undercover deck area.
Booked in April and then everyone was sick with flu and covid! So I went on my girls weekend with my husband and boys! It actually couldn’t have worked out better! The boys were entertained with the table tennis table and “lived upstairs” for the weekend. Husband and I got to catch up, have a drink and listen to music. Highly recommend for family and friends. Fabulous wood fire for winter and decking for the warmer months. Thank you we will be staying with you again, maybe next time with my girlfriends !?
Excellent location, short stroll to Anglesea beach and shops. House accomodates 2 families easily, comfortable beds, 2 living areas, plenty of bathrooms, very clean and well presented. We will definitely book again!
Easy to book, very pleasant space with good sized rooms and perfect indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxed meetings and close walk to river and beach. Very enjoyable stay.
Central location, great roomy beach house with character
Its an older place but with good quality, very roomy and central (walkable) to the beach and town. We've stayed here many times and love the place. We were all very happy here and will go back again.
This house was great! We hired it as somewhere to stay the night before our wedding, and for the girls to get ready at in the morning so didn't actually have much chance to enjoy it but was well equipped, clean and spacious. It is also in the good pocket of Anglesea, walking distance to the shops, cafes and the beach.
Loved this property - an unpretentious beach shack vibe perfect for groups, and in a fantastic location only a short walk to the beach. Our dog loved the garden and secure fencing. Clean and well appointed. We will be back!
2 x families of 5. Spacious multi-level home with great outdoor area. Loved the peaceful street and close proximity to beach, shops, parks and weekend market. Secure yard for animals.
Older but well designed house, great for a mix of teens, kids and Adults with seperate areas and rooms. Very central but also nicely quiet. It was everything they said it would be in the blurb. We’ll be back.
