Very good

The location is supreme and with good neighborhood. General cleanliness needs an update. Also heaters on two of the ground floor bedrooms would be ideal for winter stays.

Nice house though not very convenient
Our party of 10 (7 adults, 2 children and a baby) enjoyed our stay. The house was very cold when we arrived around 4pm and didn’t really warm until half-way through the next day though. We had all of the heating running: the fireplace going, the reverse cycle heater in the living area upstairs and the two wall heaters in the main bedrooms downstairs to heat the place up. The two bedrooms downstairs with bunks (single on the top, double on the bottom) did not have any heating and were both always cold. The key to the house and 2 bags of linen (at an additional cost) had to be collected from an office in Airey’s Inlet which we found to be an inconvenience. If you do order linen keep in mind you will need space for these large bags in your car as we had trouble fitting them. You also need to return all of the linen to the office at the end of your stay. We had some issues deciding who would sleep in the upstairs master bedroom as the bed was very high off the ground and difficult for many of our party to get into. Only the ensuites have walk-in showers, the main bathroom downstairs is a shower over a small bath. We found the taps in the bathrooms troublesome and had to be turned off quite hard to stop them dripping which meant that the children found them difficult to turn on. We had a number of occasions where the child turning the tap on was drenched by the water spraying out of the sink once the tap was on. All in all, the house was nice though far from convenient for our group.
This was a fantastic house... very comfortable, with plenty of room for a group of 10! It's in a beautiful quiet location, with views out over the tree-tops. Highly recommend!

Great place for a big family get together
House has a few worn items but on the whole was a great place to stay. Great location, got all the things you need including WiFi/Fox for kids later in the day. Would recommend for sure
