For me, having travelled in 4 continents myself, it is a pleasure to provide for other travelers a home far from home, for relaxing, exploring and getting acquainted with the friendly people of the Visayas/Philippines.
Why they chose this property
Pinay-German Vacation Rental is particularly suitable for families and groups of people who love their independence and want to stay in an interesting but safe place for a longer period of time (minimum 1 week). This is guaranteed by the independent disposal of the apartment, without the intervention of other people, the existing infrastructure such as the kitchen including equipment and kitchen utensils, washing machine, internet connection and self-check in and out. The supply of water, electricity and internet is included in the price. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. A security service ensures the security of the spacious condominium area. A few meters away you will find the swimming pool, the children's playground and a convenience shop. After a few steps, you can stop a tricycle on the main street, which will take you to the beach, a restaurant, the market or the shopping mall in a few minutes. The domestic and international airport Cebu-Mactan can be reached in 20 minutes by taxi. Mactan Island's many ship jetties provide opportunities to explore the islands, beaches and diving opportunities of these tropical waters.
