About this property

Mangawhai Luxury the ultimate place to stay

Brand new and ready to welcome our guests. The Guesthouse has a separate spacious bedroom, black luxurious bathroom and a kitchen/lounge area.
Dining could be inside however with the most breathtaking views overlooking Mangawhai you would want to be on the decks. Dishwasher, Air-conditioning and a well stocked kitchen should you wish to stay in. The house is very secluded and private. Mangawhai Luxury is perfect for you to come and relax while taking in all of the sites of magical Mangawhai.

The space
The guesthouse is 90 metres away from the main residence which is off to one side. All of the main bifold doors open to a large deck which is offers the most amazing views over to Bream bay and the surf beach. Below is an olive grove that stretches over the valley and down to the lakes. The Brynderwyn Range takes the other views and forms a stunning backdrop especially around sunset. The road is very quiet and you will basically be on your own most of the time. If you like walking there are numerous options including 2 paths up to the top of the range these are great to blow out the cobwebs or take a leisurely stroll to the lakes. We want you to use the place as it was intended to relax, explore and enjoy the surroundings.

Guest access
You are welcome to walk around the guesthouse but away from the main residence. There are so many areas to walk around from the guesthouse including up the hills and surrounding areas.

Interaction with guests
I will be available during your stay as the main residence is a few minutes away. There is so much to see and do here and I am happy to help with your plans or questions. I am also able to organise optional extras like Yoga, massage, catering or a designated driver for events etc.

Other things to note
We have an Italian coffee pod machine and handmade teas especially made for us. We can organise pantry items for your arrival.
Catering is also an option and a menu can be provided on request.
We are on rainwater collection so we do ask that you enjoy yourself but are mindful of leaving taps running etc.

There is a new construction site in the vicinity approximately 100m away from the guest house where there may be work undertaken during week days.
