The 120 m² apartment on the 1st The floor of a detached country house villa is an ideal holiday home for a relaxing active holiday over the roofs of the picturesque town of Pottenstein. The price shown is for an occupancy of 5 people in the apartment.
The apartment has a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living / dining area. The living area with fireplace and TV. Leather seating area with table. 1 bathroom with toilet, bathtub, separate shower, double sink with cosmetic mirror and hairdryer (towels included).
1 guest toilet with sink.
 2 bedrooms with double bed + 1 double sofa bed in the fireplace room (bed linen included).
Optionally to book (for € 25.00 per person / night) is 1 bedroom with approx. 25 sqm (1 double box spring bed max. 1 extra bed and 1 cot), shower / toilet extra, this is located in the basement along with 6 other sleeping options,
1 double bed in the open space and 2 single beds. There are 1 baby cradle (lockable), 1 cot (70x 140cm), 1 highchair and 1 travel cot. WLAN incl ..
The balcony and the terraces offer a wonderful view over the Franconian Switzerland and the opportunity to enjoy your meals outdoors. Furthermore, you have the garden with a barbecue area incl. Charcoal available. Parking spaces are directly behind the house.

The picturesque climatic health resort of Pottenstein is probably the most beautiful town in Franconian Switzerland and is well known for the largest stalactite cave in Central Europe and the wonderful hiking areas in the grandiose rocky landscape with its streams and fish ponds.
Other attractions - such as the summer toboggan run, the newly renovated outdoor rock pool, mini golf course, tennis courts, indoor pool and the beautiful golf course - not only suitable for professionals - make Pottenstein a popular holiday destination.
Cities such as Nuremberg, Bayreuth or Bamberg are ideal for a day trip (all approx. In 1/2 hours Reachable by car).
Please note: due to the slope and several steps, the apartment is not very suitable for the disabled and small children.

Super Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft von Andrea ist echt schön. Viel Platz, gut ausgestattete Küche, super Sauna, schöner Balkon, gemütlicher Garten. Perfekt für eine größere Gruppe. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Irreführende Schlafzimmeranzahl

Prinzipiell ist es eine schöne Unterkunft. Wir würden die Unterkunft aber nicht mehr buchen, da die Angaben auf den Internetseite nicht der Realität entsprechen. Wir haben die Unterkunft für insgesamt neun Erwachsene und drei Kinder gebucht. Auf der Internetseite wird angeführt, dass es insgesamt fünf Schlafzimmer gibt. Nur drei Räume können jedoch tatsächlich als Schlafzimmer gewertet werden. Bei einem der angegebenen Schlafzimmer, handelt es sich nämlich um die Sauna im Keller des Hauses mit einer Liegefläche die deutlich kleiner als die erwartete Standardgröße 90x200. Im anderen Fall ist ein großer Flur mit Bett als Schlafzimmer angegeben. Der Flur muss durchquert werden um Bad, Schlafzimmer und Sauna zu erreichen und bietet unserer Meinung somit keine Privatsphäre. Wir haben versucht eine faire Lösung mit unserer Gastgeberin zu finden. Dies war aber leider nicht möglich. Von daher können wir die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Langes Familienwochenende in Pottenstein

Es war absolut super. Wir haben ein langes WE mit der ganzen Familie hier verbracht und jeden Moment genossen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, auch Spiele für die Kinder waren vorhanden und den großen Garten durften wir zum Grillen nutzen! Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin!

Urlaub in der fränkischen Schweiz

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben zu acht einen Familienurlaub dort verbracht. Daher hatten wir die Ferienwohnung im 1. OG und die 2 Zimmer im Keller (Souterrain) gebraucht. Leider war es Ende Mai etwas dunkel und sehr frisch im Keller, da die Heizung nicht funktioniert hat. Ansonsten war alles da, was wir brauchten. In der Ferinenwohnung im 1. OG ist alles hell und schön eingerichtet.

Familienwochenende

Selten habe ich so eine Unterkunft erlebt, die auf alle Eventualitäten eingerichtet war. Angefangen von Haken, Schubladen in Bad und Wohnräumen, über die vollkommen ausgestattete Küche von Gewürzen bis Backpapier und die gut sortierte Spielesammlung für Groß und Klein. Selbst die vorhandenen Bücher waren auserlesen und kein Ramsch. Unsere kleinen Enkel hatten genügend Raum zum Spielen und draußen reichte ein großer Baum mit tiefhängeneden Ästen als Höhle und die Kinder waren am Abend beschäftigt. Rundherum ein tolles Erlebnis.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend ist sehr geräumig und hell. An Ausstattung ist wirklich viel vorhanden, sehr viel Geschirr und auch sonst alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt war auch sehr nett und wir haben uns samt Kindern und Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt. Pottenstein selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (verfallende Häuser, teils geschlossene Gastronomie), bietet aber eine schöne Umgebung und es wurde auch einiges an neuen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, gerade für Kinder, geschaffen. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. In der großzügigen Wohnung war genügend Platz für 7 Personen vorhanden. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und freundlich. Den Kindern hat es auch sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist im großen und ganzen gut, es gibt sicherlich bei den gängigen Dingen z.B. normale Trinkgläser, Eierbecher, Ergänzungsbedarf. Dafür sind andere Geschirrteile in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden. Leider war in der Küche das größte Sauberkeitsproblem. Geschirr war schmutzig, offensichtlich von den Vorgängern benutzt und im Geschirrspüler nicht sauber geworden. Mit etwas mehr Kontrolle leicht zu beheben. Die Dunstabzugshaube gehört ausgetauscht, da sie defekt und völlig verschmutzt ist. Möblierung ist ja bekanntlich Geschmacksache. Auch hier sind sicher einige Dinge nicht mehr zeitgemäß und auch leider defekt. Nichts desto trotz können wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Vielem Dank an die Vermieterin auch für die Toleranz, da durch die Kinder schon ein erhöhter Geräuschpegel vorhanden war.

Schönes Apartment, schönes Dörfchen

Wir haben uns in dem geräumigen Apartment in ruhiger Lage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet, auch Salz, Spülmittel etc sind vorhanden. Der Abstieg ins Dorf kann mit kleinen Kindern oder schlappen Beinen ohne Auto beschwerlich sein, uns hat es gefallen. Ein weiterer Riesen Vorteil: die Pottensteiner Erlebnismeile. Herzlichen Dank!

Perfektes verlängertes Wochenende

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der fränkischen klettern und wandern. Die saubere und aufgeräumte Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Grillen und gemütliches Beisammensein im Garten und auf der Terrasse rundeten die Abende bei traumhaftem Wetter ab. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wohnung zu teuer

Wohnung insgesamt viel zu teuer, keine Luxuswohnung wie beschrieben sondern abgenutzt, Küche alt, kein warmes Wasser am Spülbecken auch nicht nach 5 Minuten laufen lassen, Souterrain ist keine Wohnung sondern ein dunkles Loch ohne natürliches Licht und zwischen Schlafzimmer und offenen Raum keine Tür, Staubsauger keine Saugfunktion da Filter und Beutel komplett dicht, Besen auch ekelhaft mit Haaren dicht, Kinder hatten am ersten Nachmittag nach 3 Stunden barfuß laufen schwarze Füße? Boden wohl vorher nicht gewischt gewesen. Garten in Hanglage,teilweise sehr steil. Insgesamt für Familien mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist herrlich ruhig in einem Wohngebiet gelegen. Es war alles vorhanden was man so brauchen könnte. Alles war sehr sauber und das Einchecken absolut unkompliziert . Wir kommen gern wieder.
