Great Value and Pets Considered for an extra fee. 3 Bedroom 1 bath Bay side duplex 2nd floor sleeps 8. In Center of Ship bottom, walking distance to restaurants, clubs, shops and family activities. High speed internet. Beds are as follows: Bedroom#1 queen. Bedroom #2 full Bedroom #3 2 sets of bunks (single over single). New sofas, dining table and deck furniture in 2023.

Pets will be allowed at discretion of owner with additional $500 fee

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. Family friendly and close to the beach

Perfect exactly between beach and the bay! I would say it’s appropriate for non mobile or children above the age of 4. The property had a lot of children’s books games and movies though.
