The property easily sleeps 6+ with a queen bed in each room and a full fold out couch in living. Smart TV (w/antenna) and wifi provided. Full kitchen with all major appliances, washer dryer, with access to single car garage. Large fenced in back yard.

Location! 0.24 miles from a Metro Bus stop for those on foot. Easy access to MoPac for those on wheels. Around the corner from the Domain. The Domain is Austin's new downtown with over 100 upscale and mainstream retail stores and restaurants. Not to mention the new Rock Rose entertainment district. Quickly becoming Austin's go to area for night life.

Affordable place to stay

One of the more affordable places we could find in Austin to stay for a few weeks while we moved. The check in was very easy and everything was generally what we expected. Kitchen fully stocked, the place was big and our dog enjoyed the backyard. The AC broke completely while we were there and had to be replaced. Host was helpful in getting it replaced, but there was generally a lack of communication and understanding on when it would be fixed, if it had been fixed already, etc, so we had to get two last minute expensive hotels. The description said we would get a “significant discount” if we extended our stay—the discount equated roughly to the cleaning fee, so not super significant.

Great experience despite Coronavirus

We had to adjust our arrival and departure dates because of the Coronavirus. The owner, Guadalupe, was kind and understanding about the situation. The rental is cozy and clean. I only wish we could have stayed the entire time we had originally planned.
