The property is centrally located in a beautiful, peaceful area of Goodyear, Arizona. Goodyear is a suburb of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Easy access to Interstate 10, near the 303, makes just about anywhere in the area only minutes away! Home is close to shopping and many restaurants ranging from sushi to pizza to barbecue or Mexican..
The home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with 3 common areas. It has a family room, a billiards/social room and a loft upstairs. The loft is used as our version of a home theater with a 75” SONY smart tv (YES, SEVENTY-FIVE) a Sony DVD player, a small fridge and a popcorn maker. The loft has a queen sleeper sofa which can also comfortably sleep two. A Cal-King in the master bedroom, a King in bedroom #2 and a queen in bedroom #3.
The spacious master suite features a 58” Samsung Smart TV (full motion wall mounted) and has a large walk-in closet.
There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. Both full bathrooms have blow dryers and plenty of towels.
The home is equipped with extra pillows, linens, pool towels, blankets and more.
The kitchen has an assortment of cookware, accessories for baking, toaster oven, mixer, blender, crock pot and more. Dishes for indoors and plastics for outdoors. Also has a coffee maker and a Keurig.
There are 7 TVs at the property and all are Smart TVs with five (5) having DirecTv (Showtime & Starz). The new 70” in the game room is a smart tv with Samsung TV programs.

The backyard oasis features a Beautiful Pebble Tec Pool with an in-water table, a 43” smart tv under the covered patio, 4 umbrellas, fruit trees, a stainless steel bbq island with granite countertop and also has an outdoor fireplace (some firewood is provided by owner).


ALL neighboring properties are single story homes so this backyard is very private and makes it easy to enjoy the great Arizona sunshine by day and starry skies at night. There is a patio table under a covered porch to enjoy your meals when the weather is at at its best! Plenty of seating and also sun bathing loungers!
Hi-speed WiFi on property allows you to surf the web, access social media and stream movies from your Netflix account.
Blackout curtains and ceiling fans in every bedroom make sleeping late a lot easier. Also, if traveling in the summer months, the A/C works great!
The home is only minutes from Goodyear Ballpark, where the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Guardians (formerly the Indians) conduct their Spring Training. Goodyear Ballpark also serves as a location for many other events throughout the year. The ISM Raceway/Phoenix International Raceway is 10 minutes away, or less, where you can enjoy a NASCAR race or one of their many other events to satisfy your need for speed! State Farm Stadium, home of the NFL Arizona Cardinals, and the Desert Diamond Arena are also just minutes away. There are several other Cactus League ballparks, TopGolf, casinos, shopping centers, golf courses , zoos, aquariums, & plenty of other entertainment options just minutes away! This area is one of the few in the nation that has a team represented in all 4 major American sports (MLB, NFL, NHL and NBA. Also has the most attended PGA event on the tour, Barrett-Jackson Auction , two division 1 college teams, two Monster Energy Nascar races and semi-pro football and soccer teams.
Our location makes getting to, or coming from, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport very easy and uncomplicated.
Air mattress is also available upon request. Whether you’re visiting to just relax and soak up the sun, here for one of the many happenings in the area or here on a temporary work assignment, come stay at our home. If there is ANYTHING we can do to ease the stress of travel, just ask.
