This is an event only property-moto-gp, wsbk & Christmas/New Years

Lovely holiday home located walking distance to Cowes main street close to all the action.
There is a shuttle bus stop at the end of the street or less than 10 minutes drive to racetrack.

The house is set on a large block that is fully fenced at the rear.
Open plan lounge dining and kitchen there is a tv and dvd comfortable sofas and a wood heater there is also a split system heating and cooling unit centrally located in the lounge.
There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.
The laundry has washing machine, ironing board and iron.
There is a great back deck with gas bbq and outdoor furniture.

This property will sleep 4 singles for Events

Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for Superbikes and Motogp only.

Please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.
