A new, well equipped 5 bedroom house, perfectly set up for your family holiday. With 2 living areas to choose from, makes this house so comfortable for you, your children and any visitors who want to pop in for a day or two. The front lounge offers lovely couches to relax and listen to your music, tv, dvd and video. Then there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with all new appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. There are also split systems throughout the house to ensure your comfort. Also offered at this property are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, laundry with washing machine, an outdoor entertaining area with bbq, outdoor setting and outdoor heater, and a double garage. This property accommodates 12 people.

Please note that the fireplace is not useable for guests

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.

Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card. Comfortable an spacious
Clean and comfortable and excellent beds. Wifi would have been nice. Most things like RSL and Cowes CBD within reasonable walking distance but a gate in the back fence would shorten the walk considerably. Would happily stay again.

Perfect Getaway
Great house with plenty of room. Nice quiet area and not far from main shopping centre. A lovely relaxing weekend was had by a group of beautiful friends. We hope to come back again.

Great house
Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our party of 11. Only complaint is that it was dusty and had lots of cob webs when we arrived.
