About this property

Located in beautiful Silverleaves, only a short stroll to local cafe and walking track to the beach, Silverleaves is the most family friendly beach on Phillip Island, it is North Facing and it will take approx. 15 minutes walk along the beach to Cowes main shopping area.
Inside the unit is quite spacious and sunny, with comfortable sofas, flat screen tv and dvd player. There is a reverse cycle split system in the main living area. The kitchen is brand new with a new electric oven, dishwasher. There is a medium sized fridge and a microwave, the kitchen is fully self-contained with ample pots and pans, cutlery and crockery.

A central dining table completes the amenities. There are two bedrooms and the bathroom is combined with the laundry where there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, laundry trough, wash basin, shower and toilet. There is a lovely deck at the front of the property with room to sit in the sun and relax.
This is a lovely unit suitable for a couple or small family in a great location perfect for family holidays, weekend getaways, or as a base for track events.

Moto GP is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for World Superbikes and Motogp only.

Please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.

The actual property is great, location is fantastic, house is good but the agent is useless.

Nothing wrong with the property, the location is amazing….. but the local agent O’Briens are negligent and uncaring. I reviewed the previous feedback and it’s clear that they do not pay any attention. The toilet seat is still broken, there are cobwebs (a lot) and ants everywhere and I mean everywhere, hundreds in my bed (and no I didn’t eat in bed!). I had to follow up the agent a week after booking to find out if it had been accepted (was told they were busy but no apology) and only noticed on the key pick up instructions (emailed a few hours before arrival) that bed linen was not provided. My fault in missing this small but important detail but on picking up the keys was simply told it was on the listing and they didn’t have a clue where I could buy sheets at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. Property is great, shame about the agent.
