Great stay

Fantastic stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Al Bateen Residence. The apartment is well appointed and worked well for our family of 5 adults. We were typical tourists, and did all the touristy things in Dubai. The only downfall was the traffic, and how busy it was during Christmas week. However, it was great fun with perfect weather, so don't hesitate to go and stay!

Great Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in Dubai and the apartment was wonderful. The location is great - close to beaches and the beach walk where you can find many great restaurants. We caught the trams/trains to all the main sights without any issues. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the apartment.

We loved Dubai ❤️

Amazing apartment. Fantastic amenities and in a wonderful spot. There is building work going on nearby, but you can't really hear the noise.

Wonderful stay!!

The directions to the apt was very detailed (very helpful!) and we were welcomed by Kiran and check in was very easy. The management was very easy to work with especially since we needed to change apts due to a faulty hot water heater in one of the bathrooms which affected our ability to use it. They were exceptionally accommodating and gave us another location which was beautiful as well. It was a wondeful stay, very clean, relaxing and they provided tea, coffee and water for us. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this location as we hope to return soon!

Family Holiday July 2024

We stayed 1st - 22nd July 2023 on our first visit to Dubai and had a wonderful time. The apartment was beautiful with everything we needed, as was the pool area and the gym was very well stocked with equipment (and very quiet when we were there). The location is perfect, with all of JBR spread out in front of you, with easy access to the beach, local attractions, restaurant's, fast food, supermarket's and taxi's (best way of getting around). Dealing with Natalie and her people was easy and totally stress free, check-in was a breeze and any queries were answered and dealt with very quickly and professionally. We are looking to return to Dubai for a future holiday and we'll certainly look to stay here again.

Amazing apartment! Perfect location!

We've just returned from our Dubai vacation. The apartment is huge and has everything you may need. It's ideal for a family vacation: 24 hour friendly security guards, own beach, pools and gym, beach bar, many restaurants and supermarkets close by, taxi at your doorstep (Dubai taxi is very cheap) and proximity to JBR beach and JBR walk, Dubai Marina Mall and best bars in Dubai. Perfect location and apartment! Watch the sunset from the balconies, it's mesmerising. Take tours of Dubai, visit Burj Khalifa, Aquarium at Dubai Mall, Aquaventure at Atlantis and take a boat tour of Dubai Marina. And then return to this amazing apartment for relaxing sleep. Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location.

We loved staying at this lovely apartment during our 3 day stay in dubai. The check in and check out was seemless. The apartment is spacious, well appointed, and very clean. We had every thing that we needed. The welcome basket of juice, milk and biscuits was much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was very much appreciated as well. We loved sitting out on one of the two balconies to watch the action on the beach. The JBR being right outside was a treat. We loved the pool that the Al Bateen residences have access to as well. It is very safe and very upscale. We dined at Maine, which is the restaurant at the adjoining hotel and it was absolutely delicious. What a fantastic experience I would highly recommend this rental to anyone with a larger group who is staying in Dubai for a few days. Thank you Natalie.

Wonderful Location Great Apartment !

This was my second vacation in one of Natalie's apartments after a recommendation from a good friend and i wasn't disappointed! We had never visited Dubai before and really didn't know what to expect , we needn't of worried ! it couldn't of been better the apartment was easy to find the agents met us at the property and helped us up with the luggage and showed how everything worked really it's similar to checking into a hotel and had that feel about it , there was a very much appreciated welcome pack as we had a late check in , with water biscuits tea bags milk etc and the whole process far exceeded our expectations. It's a huge apartment even for seven of us and a baby, plenty of bathrooms 5! , and beautifully furnished and maintained the views are fantastic some building work going on near JBR walk on the new Dubai eye which we found fascinating it's a large ferris wheel couldn't hear any noise from the apartment though . You are right on JBR walk where everything is going on in the area it's got all the shops and restaurants you could possibly need , the whole JBR area is clean and as a family you feel very safe and comfortable we loved it. Komfortables Appartement an toller Lage

Grosses Appartement mit schönen Zimmern und tollem Meerblick. Küche bietet alles was man braucht für ein feines Frühstück. Die Terrassen bieten einen schönen Blick aufs Meer und wir hatten tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Wenige Meter zu Fuss hat man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Eine Security bietet rund um die Uhr Hilfe und Schutz. Ganz toll ist der Strandplatz mit Strandbar direkt am Fusse des Gebäudes mit grossem privatem Pool. Alles sehr sauber und immer freundliches Personal. Die Location ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Rugby 7's Guys Trip

Well located, clean and spacious property. Beach and Pool right out front, quick walk to morning coffee. Convenient groceries and sundries around the corner. JBR is great neighborhood for restaurants and nightlife - Washing machine in unit, very convenient. You can show up with a backpack or carryon for your week long stay, it's that simple. - Property Managers are super freindly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Same goes for the property staff.

Beautiful Beach Apartment!

We couldn’t have asked for more, this apartment exceeded our expectations. Very clean, so large we thought it was the wrong apartment! very nicely furnished with everything a family would want. The location is just breath taking fantastic views, beautiful beach and bar so close to the sea and nice restaurants a short stroll away, just amazing, there is some building work going on around JBR but not an issue at all, as its on the other side. Simply the best apartment we have ever rented and we have been coming to Dubai for several years.

Highly Recommended

We really enjoyed our stay here and would very much recommend it to others. The beds are firm and quite comfortable. Pillows are very good. The flat is well kept, well-furnished and all is in good working order. The picture of the pool and ocean view is outdated, and either limited or inaccurate. The apt is on the 32nd floor, much higher than the picture shown. The main eye-sore from either side balcony is the significant amount of construction. You do have to accept that this is Dubai and there is always something being built. It’s also likely that there will not be much left to develop on this end of the Jumeirah beach in 2-3 years time. The location of the building is on the furthest end of JBR on the Walk on the South end. One might prefer to be closer to the middle. However, what you will get here that you can’t get in the middle is beachfront property with a pool overlooking the beach/ocean. The pool is large and excellent. The beach front is also excellent. You can also get food/drinks from the DoubleTree hotel side which is great. The hotels are situated towards either end to offer the coveted beachfront feature. And the distance of the The Walk is only a few city blocks so you can easily walk from one end to another in the span of 20 minutes. Otherwise this area is THE place to be. It’s also quite expensive and prices seem to be ever increasing… All told, this is a great apartment in the best area of Dubai with direct pool and beach access. As long as the comparative value is there vis–a-vis hotels offering the same beachfront access, this a terrific spot!

Beautiful Apartment great location 👍 loved it ❤️

We had a great time😊the apartment was huge!! More than enough room for 7 of us and a baby. Very clean with everything we needed.The check in was easy, and staff very friendly. Amazing location with a lovely beach and restaurant the children loved the pools, we didn’t need a car everything is around you! restaurants, shops, chemists everything!! The new island across the beach was great for breakfast and a short stroll. Natalie the host was very responsive, we will be back next year!! highly recommended 👍Thank you !

Stunning apartment

We all had a lovely stay in Dubai. Our only sadness was the 24hr building works going on around us. The apartment had everything you could want and the beds were very comfortable. It would have been handy to have some instructions as to how the hob of the oven worked as we couldn't work that out and also a side table in the double room. Other than that perfect and hope to be back there again soon.

Sorry about the work at the new Address Hotel, as soon as they finish a building in Dubai they start another! Its the same for everyone on JBR Walk, fortunately we are on a high floor and and the DoubleTree Hilton hotel is closest to the Address, mainly shielding our building it should be finished soon :) and all the hotels are still full. They have just finished the fantastic Bluewaters Island you can just walk over from our private beach! On you’re next visit you will be able to use the new hotels amazing facilities, restaurants, it will be a huge bonus for the area! like Bluewaters island, the Address chain of hotels are very prestigious and its good to have one close by. We have instructions for the oven in the kitchen drawer same in the bedroom draw we can show you on your next visit :) Kind Regards Natalie.

Large, comfortable apartment in great location

We enjoyed our stay in Dubai. The location of the apartment was fantastic with all the shops and restaurants on JBR walk. The apartment was quite large and comfortable with a bathroom on every room. We were able to get laundry done after weeks of travel. We enjoyed sitting out on the 2 terraces in the evening time. The amenities at the double tree (pool and beach) was a greattouch too. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment, perfect view

Apartment is amazing big, good separation of rooms for relaxed stay of 6 people. All bathrooms big and confortable. Amazing view from all sleeping rooms. Amazing view through JBR, Burj Alarab, and also through the beach and sea with view up to Atlantis Hotel at the Palm. Good location for visiting all malls, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Mall. Very good connections to Tramp and Metro. Shooping possibilities by 2 min of walk Very nice pool area and access to private beach, also for using Jetski, banana boot and all other attractions.
