This is a lovely holiday home located in a very quiet part of Ventnor, approximately 10 minutes walk to Ventnor Beach and 10 minutes drive to Penguin Parade, Racetrack and Cowes main shopping area. The house is single level with beautiful polished floor boards a huge central dining table and 2 living areas each complete with tv and dvd.

The kitchen is open plan with modern with gas cooking, microwave and dishwasher. There is split system heating and cooling in the lounge area. There are double sliding doors opening on to a great undercover outdoor entertaining area with outdoor setting for 12 and a gas bbq.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and an ensuite there is a second bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet.
The laundry is complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A great home that would be perfect for your next family holiday or weekend away. It won't disappoint!

Needed attention on artival

We did have a lovely stay, and the agent fixed most problems quickly but we did have to ring and ask for help. The freezer was full of mouldy food - they sent a cleaner the next day to address this. Our frozen gluten free bread thawed out as a result. The place was dust laden which we just lived with. The instructions were to only bring sheets not doona covers so a handy man came and broke the lock on the owners linen cupboard so we could use their doona covers. The bbq gas bottle had no gas. The beds were different to in the images which affected how our teenage boys slept - we had to move a mattress onto the floor. The second living area shouldn’t be described like that as it is the same room - watching two tvs in the same room is impossible. The website images need to be updated and a little more care taken with cleaning. It is also annoying how you have to go to Cowes to collect and return keys. But we loved the quiet location of Ventnor and had a great time on the deck. It is a lovely living area.
