The Oaks, 9 Anderson St. Cowes

Just 4 house blocks from the beach and Cowes boat ramp. No streets to cross. Launch your boat and park the car back in the carport. Fully fenced. Kid safe.

3 bedrooms, main bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom, queen bed with bunk beds as well, third bedroom one single and set of bunks. Linen and sheets are not provided but can be hired from the local linen service. (not included in price). Each bedroom has been provided with a portable fan and an oil filled heater. Two toilets & one bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Kitchen fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, fridge etc. Large dining table and comfortable leather lounge suite. There is also a large reverse-cycle AC in the living area.

Outside under the shady oak trees is an antique slab table, with plenty of outside chairs stored in the carport where there is also a BBQ. A comfortable, seaside house with great access to a safe beach and the local café with good coffee next to the boat ramp and the energetic can walk along the beach up to the main Cowes town.

Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for World Superbikes and Motogp only.

Please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.

No pets allowed.

Perfect location!
This place was the perfect location just a stone’s throw from the beach. House is a little older but in good condition with a nice renovated bathroom. Our main issue was no wi-fi, which would have been bearable except there was absolutely no phone coverage in the house. We had to walk out to the road to send a message, make a call or check anything online. But apart from that inconvenience, we had a lovely stay and would recommend if you want a place right near the beach.

A great family property
Location was fantastic for myself and a 4 year old. An easy walk to the beach, great size front and backyard. Play ground equipment in the backyard was a real hit with the 4 year old. The property was easy to keep clean and plenty of outdoor entertainment space as well. We would definitely stay there again

Great location
Location was great - just a short walk to the beach. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Cleanliness was a bit average and the side gate was not secure so we had to secure it ourselves, having a dog.
