What a great home in Pebble Creek to enjoy features of the community! The home was wonderfully appointed with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Experienced landlord made everything a breeze with no surprises. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful appointed home close to all amenities. This was our first visit to Pebble Creek. The property owner was very helpful in answering questions about the area and suggesting activities to try inside and outside of the community. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely, comfortable home on quiet street

This is a comfortable, well-appointed and maintained home. It is well-located, with a south-facing patio, a very wide back yard abutting a walking path, and close to the Tuscany Falls center. The décor (including lovely art prints) is attractive, the bed linens are good quality and abundant, the window coverings very pretty and functional. The furnishings, especially the master bed, living room seating, and patio wicker seating, is very comfortable. The large, smart TV is perfect . We cook often, and because of Covid, nightly! So we really appreciated the kitchen, with its attractive and well-functioning appliances: a modern large refrigerator; a gas oven/rangetop which worked really well- great burners which operated well from very low to high (better than mine at home, I'm so sorry to say!); perfectly functioning dishwasher. Plus just about everything a cook could want -although I always travel with my cooking supplies, including non stick pans, my favorite knives, juicer, keurig, etc., I was well supplied here. Plenty of dishes and tableware for us or entertaining another couple, without all the extra strange things one sometimes finds in rentals. Great counters and layout. There were plenty of supplies - coffee for the coffee maker, fresh spices, garbage bags, toilet paper, cleaning materials etc - we didn't want for a thing. The washer and dryer were great. We especially loved the back patio, and spent most afternoons there in the screened porch, watching the walkers and occasional wildlife pass by along the walking path. Loved the quiet, private feel. We ate most lunches at the table here, and a few dinners, when evenings were warm enough, which leads me to my only, very tiny, quibble: especially because we love to dine outdoors, we wished the patio dining furniture were a bit more comfortable and larger. However, we still enjoyed entertaining couples for dinner! And our guests loved the patio, with the view of the setting sun. The house was very clean, including the garage and porch, check-in and out was painless and efficient,(thank-you Michele), and response from the property manager to our one maintenance issue (clogged shower drain) was immediate and solved the problem. The homeowner arranged for cleaning of the grill, although we hadn't even requested it. Both property manager and homeowner were easy to contact. One more note: there were 2 beautiful bikes in the garage, although we didn't use them. We would love to return!

my wife and i stayed here for the month of april and loved everthing about it. great location with easy access to all pebblecreek has to offer. home was well supplied with all necessities and was very nicely decorated. enjoyed the grill on the patio and eating most meals in the screened in Arizona room. would definitely come back when visiting the area again.
