"Owner will consider pet on a ""case by case basis"". with a $150.fee per pet TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF PET WASTE FROM YARD. Any/each pet that is approved by the landlord must be crated when alone at the property.
Tenant will be responsible for any fines/citations received during their stay.
Located on a Bay Block -- less than two (2) blocks from the Ocean!
Lifeguard-Patrolled Beach.
No smoking permitted."
