Little Ledge Beach House is a comfortable, well equipped, very clean and well maintained property. The house strictly sleeps 8 guests.

The kitchen is well equipped for 8 guests.

The home is fully equipped for a relaxing stay with TV/DVD/Stereo and reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge room only. The lounge room has a ceiling fan also. The home has two separate living areas. Large casual sunroom. Suitable for two families. Gorgeous beach decor throughout the home.

The back yard is fully fenced for those with younger children. Beautiful lush green lawns. The property has ample parking for up to four cars and a boat.

All the bed linen is provided for your stay and the beds are made up ready for you. Doonas and pillows are provided.
Bath towels are provided. Bath mat provided . Tea towels and dish washing liquid are provided.

Beach Towels ARE NOT PROVIDED. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Minimum Stay:
Minimum 2 night stay applies at all times. Minimum 3 night stay on long weekends.

Out the front is a large decked area with a shade sail and a front verandah with a very comfy day bed for that holiday afternoon snooze or simply relax and read a book. Out the back is a large patio with a ceiling fan, outdoor blinds, large outdoor setting, 4 burner bbq in a seperate bbq hut. The patio is a great place to sit back and enjoy a few drinks with family or friends. Strictly NO pets.

The Ledge Point General Store is only 100m from the house. It's also a Bottle'O Bottleshop. The General Store has a great range of grocery items, fishing gear and bait, takeaway meals, breakfast burgers, milkshakes, iced coffees and iced chocolates, soft serve ice creams , slushiies for the kids and beautiful coffee and cakes.

The Ledge Point Country Club is an easy 500m walk from the beach house. Enjoy a few drinks and a lovely meal. It's an easy10 min stroll home. Contact the Country Club via Facebook for opening days/times.

Ledge Point has a golf course, tennis courts, skate park, 4WDing and beautiful beaches for swimming, boating and beach fishing.

Plenty of ocean for wind surfing, kite surfing, jet skiing and stand up paddle boarding.

The beach is at your doorstep to tow a boat up, snorkel or the perfect spot to bring your 4WD with kilometers of seemingly endless beach and sand dunes to have a bit of fun on. Ledge Point is the perfect weekend getaway.

STRICTLY NO Caravans, Tents, Camper Trailers or Roof Top Tents allowed. Only checked in guests allowed to stay at the property.
