About this property

Remodeled Snowcreek Condo - 2 Bdrms /2 Bthrms /and small loft

This 1200 square foot, two bedroom, two bathroom with small loft condo has been updated. It is in a great location, 30 yards from the Dollar Mountain parking lot, and about 75 yards from the Snowcreek pool (open from June 15th thru Labor Day Weekend) and Recreation center. Just outside the entrance to Snowcreek is the Mountain Rides Shuttle, which offers free service to downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts, and both ski lifts on Bald Mountain. There is a wood burning fireplace, granite counter tops, new appliances, 65 inch smart T.V., and free secure wi-fi. Besides the T.V. in the living room there is a 40 inch flat screen with a WII (12 games) and DVD player ( children's DVD's) in the loft for the kids ( or adults ). This condo does not have A/C, however it seems to stay comfortable in the summer due to its proximity. If you have a larger group or need two condos close by, we have an additional condo right next door. This other condo (VRBO #1206610) is also a 2 bed 2 bath condo on the ground floor. Please note, we have a strict no pet, no smoking policy. We also have a full-time manager in the area to handle any issues that may arise. Thanks for looking.

We had a wonderful stay in SV in this great condo in a quiet neighborhood. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well stocked and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Condo is in a great location just a two minute drive from downtown Ketchum. Lovely weekend here!

Quick last minute trip was excellent. Great communication from the team and a quick turnaround on the property. Served as a wonderful base for a last minute mountain bike trip, will definitely use again during ski season. Check in was easy and place was comfortable.

It was great to park our car and jump on the local shuttle steps away at Dollar Mountain Lodge to get to town or Bald Mountain for skiing. Very spacious. Excellent communication with condo owner. I would definitely return.

Fantastic ski condo

Dave, our host, was super friendly and responsive. The condo was well stocked (particularly the kitchen) and very clean, and the hot tub/clubhouse were an added bonus at the end of a long ski day. The location was very convenient to the River Run parking lot and downtown Ketchum. I'd definitely go back and will rent from Dave again if I'm lucky enough to get back to Sun Valley. Short stay

Condo was nice needed a place to stay for a night. Issue when we checked in though the beds were not made or changed from previous renters and bathroom not cleaned but that was fixed shortly after we were unpacked. No grill either but we made due.

Great Ski In/Ski Out

We have been staying at the Snowcreek Condos for the past 4 years whenever we visit Sun Valley. We have a family of six, and love that we can literally walk out the door to the lifts at Dollar Mountain. We loved this condo, it’s location to the lifts, the cleanliness of the condo, the ease of communication with the owner (Dave), and the amenities of the condo community - specifically the hot tub. Now we just need to come back in the summer time!

Our family has been visiting the Sun Valley area for the past six years. It all started when we lived in Washington state and came down for our daughter to compete in the summer figure skating competition. We fell in love with Sun Valley that first summer. This is a great year round family vacation destination. In the summer we figure skate, play ice hockey, golf, river rafting, ride bikes ( and unicycles ), shoot skeet, swimming, hiking, and horseback riding. In the winter skiing takes over as the primary activity. We have since moved to Minneapolis, and continue to visit Sun Valley as often as possible.

Why they chose this property

We chose Snowcreek for a number of reasons, primarily because it is within walking distance to the ice rink. Also, the association is very prudent about the maintenance and up keep of both the buildings and the landscaping. This place just looks fantastic every time we visit, no matter the season. Snow creek also has it's own pool/hot tub and rec center. The recreation center has just been remodeled, it includes a ping pong table and an area to lounge around with a view of the pool area. This building is a very short walk from our condo. We now have another condo right next door, also listed on VRBO (#1206610), also remodeled recently.
