Perfect for guests who want a non-smoking location that offers equal access to Denver, Red Rocks, and the Rocky Mountain foothills. Downtown Denver is easily accessible by the light rail. Spacious 4-bedroom home features modern décor, spacious kitchen, and large private yard.

We try to cater to groups who are interested in a clean air/smoke & allergen free property.

Well-stocked kitchen with gas stove, coffee machine, and dishwasher. FREE Private laundry for guests. Comfortable King size beds in 2 bedrooms, Queen size bed in the other 2 bedrooms .
One 55-inch 4K smart TV, one 50" TV with Roku streaming.
Free, off street parking in the driveway and front parking strip for 3 cars.
Spacious backyard with patio seating.


The sights are spread out in the west. You’ll likely want a car to get around and plan on driving time. And note that Denver International Airport (DIA) is 45 minute drive from the city and not centrally located near any sights.

Great location with great hosts!,,

We had a great time at this location in Lakewood. The home was fabulous with a big backyard for our grandson to enjoy. The house was comfortable and well supplied, too. We had a tiny problem with the dishwasher and Nathan had it fixed in no time flat. This is a great place to stay with a family, we would love to return!!!

Enough room for 10

This property served our group of 10 well. It also had a nice backyard setting for our use. Although the limit for people staying was 10, there was an added charge for any people over 6 staying there .

Excellent!

Thus duplex is well appointed - from the goodie basket and chocolate on the pillows to the binder on local amenities. Owners are very responsive abd willing to help. There were 8 of us and never ran out of hot water. Large table made it easy to eat and play cards

Loved this home!

After much VRBO research we found this home in the Lakewood area. Our group was 4 adults and two kids (ages 9 and 7). Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kids enjoyed the puzzles and Legos we found for them to play with too! The home had chocolates on the pillows, some snacks in the kitchen and built in shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was a nice touch as my husband forgot his! I also appreciated the blow driers in the bathrooms – I didn’t even bring mine from home since I knew they were available. There is a home nearby with little goats in the yard (fenced in) just down the street (about 4 houses down or so) which my kids loved to walk down to see. Holbrook Park is nearby and close enough to walk to. We did a Walmart grocery pickup and there are two locations less than a mile away so that was very handy. It snowed during our trip so we didn’t use the backyard much, but it was a nice size and we did grill our last night. This is a nice, quiet neighborhood and a nice, clean house. Nathan and Karissa were great hosts and always got back to me right away with any questions we had. I would recommend this house and stay there again myself!

Great house for big family

We had a wonderful stay. With 10 in our group we had plenty of room to spread out. Everything was in excellent condition and everything we needed was there. The kitchen was amazing and very well stocked. We have stayed many places that can sleep 10 but only seat 6 in the dining room. Not so here! We even had the in laws over for dinner and all fit at the same table. Will stay again if we can.

Beautiful Property

This is wonderful property. There is absolutely everything that one would need. We were able to have a great time with our extended Denver family because the hosts thought of the details we may had forgotten. Thank you so much Karrissa and Nathan!

Perfect for family gathering

We especially appreciated that our eldest who uses a walker could access the entire main floor. The shower was perfect - walk in and grab bars. Two TV sets and large table were great. Neighborhood delightful.

Graduation Celebration

This property was perfect fit for our family. We stayed in Lakewood to celebrate our daughter graduating from CO school of Mines. Nathan and Karissa were over the top accommodating, So kind and thoughtful. The house has updated bathrooms and very clean. We highly recommend this house and the owners. Thank you so much for making our weekend so special for our daughter and family coming together for a few days.

Perfect for our needs!

We had a great time in Colorado and a great stay at this house. It was perfect for our needs for a long weekend. Our group included two families of 4 (4 adults and 4 kids/teens). Super convenient to hop into downtown Denver (great food and fun to explore), and easy access to other locations around the state (RMNP & Royal Gorge/Garden of the Gods). The house was VERY clean - which is so important! The owners were super responsive leading up to our stay and checked in on us to make sure everything was meeting our needs...and they were! We also placed an instacart order before our arrival that the owners got into the house and unpacked, loaded in fridge for us while we were still in the air - that was so nice! Members of our group commented on the comfy beds... Everything was great! Highly recommend. THANK YOU

Beautiful Lakewood Getaway

This is a wonderful, peaceful, clean, and quiet place; with lots of room to spread out and relax. All the amenities - large kitchen with everything you could need; 3 large and clean bathrooms; 4 large and comfy bedrooms; great WiFi; lots of TV/streaming options! Owners friendly and responsive although we couldn't think of anything to bother them about. Oh yes, great BBQ set up outside with large backyard. My 3 adult children all thought this was the best place we've stayed at, in our various trips around the country. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Return visit was as excellent as the prior visit!

We returned here based on a prior visit. It did not disappoint! This house has everything anyone could want and is close to Denver, Golden and excellent outdoor activities. During the pandemic, we had not left our state and this was the first time we ventured out. Knowing how clean this house was (we stayed here in December 2019), it was our first choice to return. This home is perfect for family gatherings and is stocked full of every little item needed to cook, relax and enjoy family time. The owners are amazing and we now consider this our "home in Denver". Do not hesitate to stay here. You will not be disappointed!!!

Perfect!

We recently stayed for a family wedding. The property was clean with plenty of room to accommodate our family. The fenced in backyard was great with a grill and table and chairs. Nathan and Karissa were helpful answering our question regarding staying there during COVID. it was the perfect place for us to celebrate the wedding and also spend safe, quality time with our family. Highly recommend!

Nothing short of perfection. The most accommodating hosts. Lovely neighborhood. Tons of nice towels, linens, toiletries, laundry, detergent, amazingly stocked kitchen. Great beds and furniture. Excellent experience!

As first time renters, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience! The property owners established an open line of communication from the moment we booked our trip. When we arrived, the house was just as described and pictured- clean and organized with thoughtful extras (like outdoor toys for kids to play with and a binder full of local attractions to visit) for us to enjoy. The location of the house provided easy access to Denver and Golden and was near to local amenities as well. We truly enjoyed our experience and are so thankful to have been able to use this house as our home away from home.

Highly recommend

This VRBO exceeded our expectations. The place was immaculate, larger than we expected, beds comfortable, and a great location. The basement has 2 full baths and 2 bedrooms...perfect for kids that don't want to be with the adults all the time! Hosts really wanted to make us feel at home. Extra touches like chocolate on the pillows, a basket of snacks in the kitchen, etc. Highly recommend!

Wow, I was blown away

I knew going into this rental that the property was everything I wanted. We were celebrating many special events and holidays. It seemed like the perfect place but it far exceeded the listing. I am a veteran VRBO renter and I was still stunned. This rental had everything I could have wanted and more. It is very centrally located with easy access to Denver, Golden and Boulder. It is quiet, clean (no, pristine) and welcoming. The hosts are like family and are super easy to contact. We were happy to meet them in the driveway. We are fortunate that we will be able to use this rental in the future as my daughter lives nearby and her tiny home (a true tiny home) is only big enough for the people/cats who already live there!!! You cannot go wrong with this rental. I could go on and on. Feel free to ask the owners questions but you can be assured that you will not regret a stay here!!! We will absolutely be back.

A great place to stay in Denver

We rented this house for a Thanksgiving family get together. It was an excellent choice. This is a nice good-sized home it a nice neighborhood. There are four spacious bedrooms, ATV room downstairs with two nice couches and another upstairs. A great kitchen, very well-equipped. It works great for us. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.

Stay like a local.

Perfect location, close to mountains, downtown and easy drive from the airport. House is very well equipped with everything you could want and more. Lots of space to spread out with a large group, although we only had 5 it would be so easy to have twice that and not feel crowded. Will definately book again on our next trip.
