Nested within tranquil, Colorado aspens, this stunning three-level mountain estate is perfectly suited for groups and extended families (sleeps 12).This unit offers fantastic ski access as it’s an easy walk to the Bachelor Gulch Express lift. This residence features a great room with cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace clad in floor-to-ceiling natural stone, an expansive kitchen with premium appliances, a ten-person dining niche, and five guest suites (master with king bed, lower level bedroom with 2 twin beds, second lower level bedroom with one twin bunk and one duble bunk. third lower level bedroom has one king bed. The upper level bedroom consists of 2 twins and one queen bed), each have an attached, luxuriant bathroom. Additional comforts include a downstairs media room with game table, washer and dryer and two-car garage. Please note this home does not have A/C.

Guests will appreciate panoramic views of Bachelor Gulch and the Gore Range from the well-appointed deck (with gas BBQ), and the convenience of the complimentary on-call Village Connect Transportation. Complimentary access to the Ritz Carlton pool and hot tubs is available.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed the spacious, wonderfully stocked home with our family for five days. The beds were incredibly comfortable; a great treat after a long day on the slopes.

Great Stay, but not a ski out

We enjoyed our stay and the property was awersome. One item to note: as of late Dec 2021, the run that enables ski out (Roughlock) was not open.

Beaver Creek

No a/c, which is understandable but bigger fans are needed. TV's outdated and need to be replaced, Internet was good. Lights in bunk room didn't work. Washer and dryer worked at first but on last day they didn't. Take the shuttle to Avon, it was timely. Need to drive to Vail. Crank out window behind couch wouldn't open. House was clean, appliances (other than w&d) worked, one mgmt official I talked to was friendly and responded to our q's. Plenty of room for a family of 8. Ritz Carlton was closed due to a wedding party but passes to the Westin were supplied but at $25 per pass. Could have done a little better for us. Would not stay at this property again as the price was too high for the value we received. Left a list of concerns at property when we departed but have not heard back from management.

Wonderful time with family and friends

The house was everything we were looking for. We were a group of 11, 7 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate all… With each bedroom having an en suite bathroom it made everyone comfortable in their own part of the house. There’s a large media room with big screen that we were able to connect my sons ‘switch’ to to play 4 player Mario Cart. A short walk put us on the slopes for ski in/out… Take Little Brave to Roughlock and you’re there. It has a Heated garage and racks to keep all your gear warm. The property managers were a pleasure and accommodating. We highly recommend this property for a large family or group of friends.

Great house, great location

Quiet, comfortable, great access to ski slopes! Manager kindly let us stay a few extra hours through lunch which was much appreciated.

Couples getaway

This is a gorgeous home! The property managers were great. They were so considerate and made it extremely easy. They also had great recommendations for food, activities, etc. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because on VRBO the beds in the house were listed wrong when we booked. We were able to sort it out and once again the property managers were amazing! Would highly recommend this house!

Gorgeous mountain home, idyllic setting, beautiful views!

We had a mini family reunion and stayed in this beautiful mountain home. Hiked , saw a mama bear and 2 cubs, deer, hawks. Swam at the Ritz Carlton pool , played tennis, explored the village . The house is awesome , beautiful deck to have breakfast and dinner on or just relax and be entertained by all the birds ! We had eleven people ... plenty of room for all . Would highly recommend ... this would be an awesome ski retreat . So close , ski in / ski out for sure . We hope to return !
