MODERN HOI AN BEACH VILLA. This ground floor villa with a small garden, has two bathrooms, two airconditioners, a very large living room, one bedroom with two queen-sized beds, a living room day bed for an additional person, and a washer-dryer. The villa is only one hundred and fifty feet from the ocean. Our beach is called Tan Thanh beach, quiet and beautiful. And, it's only five hundred yards from the world-famous An Bang Beach, not so quiet
At An Bang Beach, you will find thousands of Westerners, and Asians, spending their leisure time having breakfast, Lunch, dinner, followed by top entertainment nightly. A trip into the popular "Old Town" takes only ten minutes by taxi or 30 minutes by bicycle.

I moved to Hoi An from Auckland, New Zealand in 2016, along with many of my Australian and Kiwi friends. I personally came over for the enjoyable warm weather and 87 water temperature.
As a financial adviser on Wall Street for 30 years, I can manage my clients anywhere in the world, and what better place than charming Hoi An, it's beaches and Old Town.
When I am not in Hoi An, I often fly South to Saigon for the taste of city life, but still prefer Hoi An for most of the month.
