Great hot tub and pool. Loved soaking after a long day of hiking. The condo was very well furnished, the beds extremely soft, and were able to park 2 vehicles in the designated spot. It was well situated to what we were doing in the area.

It was a great place....Clean.... Great location. Only drawback is there wasn't a/c which for 85% of the season is no problem... we just happened to be there when it was hot. And the upstairs loft got a little toasty...otherwise great!

Enjoyed our stay. Place was a little tight for 7 adults and 1 teenager, but we made it work. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved that shuttle was right outside the condo . Appreciated all the towels. The sofa up in the loft was a help with adult boys as the bunks were tight. Would be better if kids were sleeping there. Overall a great stay.

BADLY needs major refresh...stay elsewhere
Big disappointment in renting this condo . Can send pictures to back up my review . Sofa is broken down and unusable, "king" bed is 2 twins of different heights, other beds have trough in middle , dining table and wood furniture in bedrooms VERY scarred and very difficult to open drawers, no lamps in living room, living room outlet by fireplace doesn't work, no curtains in living room or dining room to shut out strong morning sun as shown in pictures, kitchen floor tile grout is filthy, LR carpet stained in several spots. Would have left but no place else to rent. Would like partial refund and will use this review as test to see if VRBO post reviews that aren't positive. PROs.. good location, shuttle pick up outside great, quiet.

Since this is a nice place, I would give it a 4.5 if I could, but rating it a 4 and not a 5 due to a few quirks. First, it is conveniently located at the beginning of shuttle route 1, so one can always get on the shuttle every 15 minutes. It is more affordable than a ski-in-ski-out place, so if you can put up with an 8-12 minute shuttle ride you will appreciate the price break. It has plenty of space, as the loft has 4 bunks and a queen bed. On the downside, the kitchen came less stocked than other places we have stayed at. No tin foil or plastic wrap. Not enough left-over containers. Its nice when more spices are available (basically only salt and pepper), The first night we got there it was boiling hot in the condo, and we couldn't figure out how to turn off two of the radiators. In the end we were fine because we turned off the other two, and it kept it about right (after opening windows). The gas fireplace was a bit finicky, but started fine with manual lighter. The lint trap at the end of the dryer vent was not on, so the dryer blew into the apartment until we figured that out (it also feels like there should be a filter when the vent is not exhausted outside). Two of the light switches did not turn on any lamp or light - could not figure out what they went to, and I always prefer being able to turn on at least one light with the light switch in any room that does not have an overhead light. All of these complaints are first-world problems, but letting you know.

Property Smelled of Cat Urine
The unit is lovely, however, it smells horrible in the living and dining room areas. We reported this to management as soon as possible the morning after our arrival (arrived after office hours) and management said it was due to TV's being installed the day before. Explained to them that it was a distinct smell of cat urine or cat spray, not a smell due to installation, to which they sent the housekeeper over to inspect it. We were out enjoying the area when she came by, and I received a voice message from mgmt that the housekeeper didn't smell anything amiss. I immediately called the property mgr back and asked the manager herself to come down. We were only one street below their office. She refused to do so as she was "too busy" checking people in that day and said the housekeeper would return that afternoon to go over it with me. I sat and waited for the remainder of the afternoon, yet the housekeeper never showed again. Instead she had simply left a can of air freshener on her initial inspection and called it a day! Impossible to get a management company to make something right (steam clean would have been appropriate or moving us to a different unit) if they refuse to acknowledge there's a problem. In the end I had to just let this go so my entire vacation wouldn't be ruined. Yet every single time we sat in a fabric chair or the couch we were overcome with the smell and felt we were sitting in urine. It was disgusting. And further, we had a girl with us who is allergic to cats who had an allergic reaction. I rent out condos/houses all of the time. Never have I been treated so poorly. I felt a serious rental flaw was just swept under the rug with us just being forced to deal with it. Incredibly disrespectful. I will never rent from the property management company managing this unit again. Their negligence in caring for this particular unit was appalling and their customer service was nonexistent.

If you like to walk or talk, this is NOT the place for you.
As with any vacation, we were so excited to be together as a family. Upon arrival, literally, unpacking luggage from the car to bring up, we were "greeted" by the neighbor below. He was quick to tell us not to allow our children to run up and down the outside stairs, which is something we would never do anyways. At that point, my children had walked up the stairs once, only to enter the condo and find their room. We graciously agreed to be mindful. The children (5,5,7 and 7) were most excited about the bunk beds and spent 90% of the time on the top floor. Once we were inside, we read the extra information about the condo. There was a special paragraph about "Quiet Hours". This is what it reads: Complex quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM. Dishwashers, vacuums, washing machines and dryers are not permitted to be used during this time. That was a bit surprising, but of course we abided by it. Albeit, it very hard to remember to do everything before 10PM, specifically running the dishwasher. Plus, if you are early to rise and start your day, forget it, you can't make a sound until after 8AM. After 2 nights sleep, we received a knock on the door from the building manager, informing us that we were being too loud. That was followed by a phone call from the property management company who said they received numerous noise complaints. Apparently, the building has paper thin walls. This made the rest of our stay very uncomfortable. There is no way my children were making a sound after 8PM because they were sound asleep every night on the top floor. As for the adults, we sat on the couch watching tv at night. I would not recommend this place unless you are capable of not making a sound ever. I am very shocked that no one else has written this in the reviews. Such a shame as the location is great, but not worth the stress.

We had a nice time at this condo. 10 adults and everyone had plenty of room. The upstairs bathroom is very small and the kitchen is small but they were clean and well stocked. The rules are very strict! We were asked to remove our Scottish flag from the balcony-we were there for the Scottish Festival. People are very offended at this condo.
