Beautiful Condo in Princess area of St Croix just west of Christiansted town
A one bedroom condo in a gated community with a private entrance. Bedroom is air conditioned, flat screen TV and internet. Air conditioning in the living room as well. The property features lighted ceiling fans.
The bedroom has a king size bed. Plenty of bedding, towels, and all the essentials you would find at home.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas stove, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a toaster and blender. Complete with cooking utensils, and implements, and cutlery.
Full Wi-Fi Internet. The living room area has a flat screen smartTV.
Washers and dryers are conveniently located on the property. You have access to them around the clock and are coin operated.
Free, ample on site parking is there for you where you can park within feet of your condo. The property has a backup stand alone diesel generator for those times there is any interruption of electrical power on island.
Security cameras are located though-out the property for your safety and security concerns.
The condo has a private balcony complete with table and chairs overlooking the pool for your privacy and enjoyment. Guaranteed sea view from your condo.
Swimming pool in the complex, while the coast is a short walk away.
