Completely Renovated. New Furniture Throughout The Entire Condo. Clean…Clean…Clean!!

This 2 Bdrm, 2 Full Bath, Ocean View Condo is located in the Tower at Myrtle Beach Resort. The Condo can sleep 6. Kitchen is FULLY equipped. The Master has a Queen and private bath with WALK-IN shower. Guest Bedroom 2 twin beds with bath in the hall. Pull out sofa in the living room. Flat Screen TVs in both bdrms and the living room. Amazing views on balcony, and I’m not kidding! Southern facing, with gorgeous Sunset views. Fantastic people watching. During the Summer high season, nightly fireworks show all down the beach from tourists. FUN!! We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, Tommy Bahama beach cart, Igloo cooler and sand bucket/toys. This is the sister condo to the ones we own, DIRECTLY ACROSS THE HALL, Unit 2017 (VRBO#804464) and in the A Bldg, Unit 529A (VRBO#1306410).

Myrtle Beach proper is, just 2 miles north, but enjoy your time on the beach at the resort. There are 2 Wal-Marts within 1 mile for all of your initial needs, as well as, Lowes Foods, Piggly Wiggly and Target.

The Condo building has a full convenience store on the first floor in case you need anything and you won't have to leave the building! The HIGHLY recommended Quarterdeck Restaurant is located oceanfront, just in front of the building. They have an excellent menu of sandwiches and seafood dinners and it's actually REALLY GOOD, thank goodness, because it sooooo convenient!! Prices are extremely fair and, again, you can walk to it and enjoy the atmosphere!

Just 5 miles south is Murrells Inlet. Do NOT miss this during your vacation. Excellent marsh front restaurants and a boardwalk that runs along the inlet from restaurant to restaurant, then out into the inlet. The nightlife is fantastic here, with each eatery turning over into it's own watering hole, each with their own style. The BEST on the BEACH if looking for a great night out.

SAND CLEANING- Please sweep sand off all floors in living areas and in Beach Closet. Also, please wipe down countertops and sinks of all sand.
Please: clear deck of trash, empty kitchen can to hall bins, clear fridge/freezer, place towels on bathroom floors, and return beach gear to deck box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This condo was wonderful! The views were gorgeous and the building was really quiet. It was clean and well stocked with pretty much anything you could possibly need. The check in process was so simple & the host was easy to contact and very personable. We stayed for a week, and we didn't want to leave. We can't wait to go back!

The condo was just as described and matched the pictures online. Very clean and perfect location. We could not have asked for a better view especially since we were there for the 4th could see fireworks for miles from balcony. Would definitely stay at this property again.

My family and I enjoyed our week long stay in this unit. The host provided the access codes prior to arrival along with travel tips about the area. The unit was thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. The view was great, overlooking the coastline and also able to view the ocean straight on. We definitely recommend this unit.

The property manager was very quick in responding to any questions we had. We did not receive the correct linens; however, i purchased and packed some from home so we were able to make it work. We stayed in the Renaissance building which was great. The only issue is the number of elevators. It was a nightmare trying to get in at check-in. Overall, it was a great resort with lots of things to do. We enjoyed our trip.

Wonderful place to stay... Best views!!!

Everything was wonderful! The beach closet was very helpful! My family stayed comfortably and loved coming back to this rental to relax. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed every morning on the balcony for a couple hours having coffee and enjoying the views. Only thing that was an inconvenience is not the owners fault but the resort is remodeling this building currently so there was no access to walk through the front of the building to get to the beach and it made the walk much longer the pool/ fitness center and marketplace were closed down. We still really enjoyed our time here and would stay again at one of their rentals 100%. Thanks for hosting a wonderful place to stay!!

Check in was a breeze. We were permitted to get an early check in, which was an added bonus. The condo was just as described and everything we needed was provided. The elevators were very slow on check in/check out times, but staff did try to alleviate the wait times by operating the elevators during these times. Water pressure in kitchen was pretty poor the whole stay, but we did get a notice that there was a water issue, I never noticed an improvement but it wasn't enough of an issue for us to complain about it. Overall, we loved this condo and the owner was great to work with, and we would definitely come back!

Great spot and time for family

We had a great week! It’s slow in early May - no crowds. Owner was quick to respond. The property was just as listed and perfect for our needs. We were glad to have the wagon, chairs, cooler, and toys. Kids loved the pool options. Reno happening on property but it wasn’t bad.

We loved our stay here however the ground level was under construction so the convience store, restaurant, and smaller pool located there were not open. The beds were a little hard for our families liking. We loved the quarter deck restaurant on the beach and the main pool. The condo worked well for our family and we loved the view and balcony! There were also some beach supplies in the condo and there was even a beach toy library at the access point to the beach. The location was great and liked the property.

The condo was exactly like in the pictures, maybe even better!!! Everything was super clean and easy to find. The beach closet was well stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella, and beach cart (and boy was the beach cart a life saver!). The kids had plenty of things to play with, for sure. The check-in and check-out procedures were super simple, too. Highly recommended A+++!

Property vs condo

Condo was great! Very well maintained and owner supplied everything needed. Building is something else. Husband worked in construction his whole life and would not have stayed if he knew about the foundation issues. Only 2 elevators for 300+condos. Always a line. Location was convenient. Loved being on the beach. Pools need more maintenance. Wasn’t informed that things were closed like the Galley. No one informed us that the condos had been evacuated and closed for 4 months because of foundation issues.

The condo was very clean on arrival. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. We absolutely loved the view!!! Watched the fireworks from the balcony! Everything was in perfect working order. We loved having a beach cart, chairs, and umbrella that we did not have to pack along. Lots of things to do within a short drive. Only 2 complaints which were not at any fault of the condo owner. It was quite an ordeal getting a cart and elevator when everyone is checking in around the same time. Elevator situation wasn't too bad after the first day. Also the beach chair and umbrella rentals that are so close together on the beach that completely blocks the view of the water. I usually put the umbrellas down when I saw no one sitting in the chairs...really annoying. Overall a wonderful vacation.

Get what you pay for ( not in a bad way)

We chose myrtle beach for our vacation because our boys are 9 years apart in age and finding things they both like can be challenging. I came across this condo and for the price couldn’t beat it! Getting in that Saturday was a bit challenging due to traffic but the resort itself was a piece of cake. Ronald (property manager) was on top of everything and sent info well in advance. Upon arriving into our room I was a little disappointed in the level of cleanliness. The curtains had stains (food) on them. There was a dirty plastic spoon in between the fridge and stove and the garbage disposal didn’t work. Ronald was responsive on getting a plumber to fix the disposal and even bought us pizza for our trouble which was much appreciated. All-in-all we had a good stay and met some great people. I’m not sure I would choose myrtle again just because it is so crowded. Resort itself needs a little TLC, but nice enough for the price.

Wonderful Property!

This property has been renovated beautifully. The owner provided nice touches like a beach closet with beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys (we didn't use them this time but am happy to know they are there for next trip with grandkids). The kitchen is nicely stocked with pans, dishes, and small appliances to make breakfast or dinner. The owner was very responsive and kind. The property has a beautiful view from the balcony. It has a nice beach bar that you can enjoy a drink, get something to eat, and enjoy Karaoke night or a band. Nice to have a drink and walk back to your room. Myrtle Beach Resort has everything to keep the kids busy: beach, pools, lazy river, indoor pool , basket ball hoops, tennis and so much more. Even grills. We are defiantly going back. We have been to this Resort many times over the last 20+ years and this is the best Condo we have stayed in.
