This Desert Princess Country Club Villa has all the amenities a guard gated country club community should have, all close at hand. There is a 27 hole PGA Championship golf course with well landscaped grounds. Amenities also include 33 pools/spas throughout the community, a driving range, country club with public dining, tennis club, pickleball court and spa and fitness facilities.

This lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home (that sleeps maximum of 6) with 2 car garage has the following:

The main area of the home is a sunny, open floor plan with a grand, central kitchen: island / breakfast bar that seats 2, stainless steel appliances and dining area that seats 6. The living area offers walls of windows, a fireplace, tv, ceiling fan and large sectional couch for family nights and movies at home.

The oversized patio has a golf course and spectacular San Gorgonio Mountain views. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee or dine al fresco under the covered patio at the patio table. Lounge in the sun on the lounge chairs or chat with family and friends in the patio seating area. The patio faces the 2nd hole of the Cielo Course.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with 2 nightstands with lamps (with USB ports), a dresser with TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bath with his/her sinks, walk in shower, a private water closet, and walk in closet with ample room for your clothes.

The second bedroom is truly a 2nd master suite. It features a king-sized bed, with end tables and lamps (with USB ports), a dresser, tv, ceiling fan and another ensuite bath with tub/shower combo (access from bedroom and hallway). This bedroom also has a 'den' with twin bunk beds and bean bag. Perfect for the kids/grandkids to have their own little area.

The third bedroom located right off the entry way is setup as an office with a desk and couch that is a hide-a-bed.

There is also a 1/2 bath, laundry room with washer/dryer and storage and a 2-car garage.

Always included: high speed internet, cable with HBO and Showtime, linens & towels, laundry detergent, bath & shower gel, shampoo & dish soap. Paper products are provided for when you arrive. You are expected to shop for these for the remainder of your stay.

No smoking or pets allowed! All reservations require a nonrefundable $89.00-insurance policy. No exceptions. ELECTRICITY ALLOWANCE IS $150.00 PER MONTH-ALL OVERAGES COVERED BY TENANTS. INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD NOT ACCEPTED UNLESS YOU PAY SURCHARGE FROM VRBO.

CATHEDRAL CITY STVR 5.96 ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS:
1.) Maximum occupancy for this property shall not exceed 6 guests (2 per bedroom).
2.) Maximum number of vehicles allowed for this property - 3 (1 per bedroom).
3.) There is a 12% Transient Occupancy Tax charged on stays less than 30 nights.
4.) No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments, or other devices that produces or reproduces sound is allowed to be used outdoors at any time of the day. If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard beyond the property line.
5.) The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. is strictly prohibited.
6.) All short-term vacation rental occupants shall respect the homes neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their own property.

We bought this home to use ourselves when not rented. We enjoy everything Palm Springs and Coachella Valley has to offer, from chilling by the pool, grabbing cocktails at any number of bars or a great meal at a local dive or gourmet restaurant. We take pride in ownership of the property and are always making sure that the living space and equipment are up to date and trouble free.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of Desert Princess and ease of access to the airport and central/downtown Palm Springs. The community and amenities offered here are the finishing touch that was needed for us to decide to purchase this villa.
