Lift access straight to your lobby, Wifi, a Nespresso coffee machine, and breathtaking 300-degree views. Air con in living area. A King bed with ensuite, a Queen bed, and a set of Single bunks sleep 6 guests, with the top bunk recommended for a child only, no more than 75 kg. There is a pool in the complex and underground parking for 1 vehicle as well as extra storage for bikes or a kayak.
You can walk from the Spit to Maroochydore along the ocean. Right next door to many children's playgrounds, fish & chip outlets as well as various restaurants at the wharf, along the spit, and on the Esplanade.
You may hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays.

Parkyn 7 is the place to stay if you want a dream vacation and to have everything you need at your finger tips. You wake up and you think you're in a dream every day. It is such an incredible value for all the perks that you will receive, namely location, location, the amazing views from within and the fresh ocean air running throughout the spaces. We would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone visiting the Sunshine Coast!

The property has great views, walking distance to Mooloolaba beach. It is located right next to the marina. Please note underground parking can be tricky if you have a large and tall vehicle. Rooms are great, good bathrooms. Please note this apartment has not Air con so you will need to open windows, it has ceiling fans but they were not working whilst we stayed. Dishwashing machine was not cleaned and mold was found with dirty plates, perhaps an oversight for cleaners. If you want an apartment with spectacular views, this one has the best one in Mooloolaba. WiFi can be tricky as it drops out quite often and TVs need to be reconnected to the WiFi very often - not very intuitive.
Loved this property. Amazing 360 degree views. Clean and newly renovated. Close to surf beach. We'll definitely be back. Only downside was parking, as our car didn't fit in the undercover garage with roof racks on, so we had to continually move the car around in the 4hr parking spots outside, which were luckily not too busy at this time of year. Could be a problem if it was busier though. Otherwise, a great location, close to surf beach, and in walking distance to Esplanade, Wharf and Spit. Couldn't ask for more really.
Had an amazing relaxing break.. this unit is everything you could wish for and more.
Everything you need is there, excellent appliances and cookware.
Couldn’t fault It, if we had to give one negative it would be the car parking super tiny and remote door did not work.

Central location in fabulous apartment
We loved our 5 day stay for reasons equally apportioned to the 180 degree view of each the beach and the harbour canals, and the apartment itself. The interior has recently been renovated, thoughtfully and aesthetically designed for a variety of family age combinations.
Lifesavers and swimming flags are located directly in front of the spectavular beach. The pool attached to the building is very small but clean.
