This family holiday home, could be your next great stay.!

Only a short 500m walk to Koonya Beach, 15min drive to The Peninsula Hot Springs and popular golf courses, this lovely 1980's built cedar home is in a fabulous location. Koonya Back Beach, Cameron's Bight Front beach and the well renowned Koonya General Store, with its fabulous food, fresh bakery items and coffee are all within a short walk.

There are 3 bedrooms in the main house with 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and a fantastic separate teenage retreat. Your teenagers can watch their own TV, stream their own movies, play their own music or play one of the many board games, without disturbing anyone in the main house! The property sleeps up to 8 people very comfortably. There are quality new furnishings, Bed linen, bath and beach towels provided through out. Inside the main house, you can even play a few old records on the record player, enjoy your own music by bluetooth to a LG sound system or relax on the sumptuous couch with a great read.

Outside there are 3 decks for you to chase the sunshine or the shade, a large BBQ and outdoor dinning for 8 people. There is also a trampoline to keep younger ones busy, a large garden area to play and an open fire pit to toast marshmallows or simply enjoy a little star gazing whilst sitting beside the warmth of the flames.

Please note: this is strictly a non smoking property inside and out. Dogs are permitted at this property at the discretion of the owner. This is an unfenced property. No Schoolies Groups

Absolutely loved our stay!

The property is perfect. Very clean and lots of space. The Owner of the property was also amazing and very very accommodating. Highly recommend this house and we would love to visit again!

Family Reunion for Xmas

Lovely, comfortable home. The little necessities like toilet paper, detergent etc were generously provided with a well-equipped kitchen. Heaps of board games and fab trampoline, and fast internet for streaming movies, excellent host-written local guide and tips for beach access. House located close to local attractions for day trips. Heaters were provided as it can be cool even in summer. Only downside was lack of air conditioning or fans in bedrooms and teen retreat for the hot summer days and nights.

We live in Melbournes South East and love to holiday with numerous friends in and around Sorrento. Koonya Beach is our favourite spot in summer, finding a rock pool to dip in and relax with our children and friends. We're very excited to be able to share our holiday home with you and hope you and your family and friends will enjoy many wonderful new memories together as we have.

Why they chose this property

We bought our holiday home after looking for several years. We love the location and close proximity to the beaches, convenience of the local Koonya store, shopping in Sorrento or Blairgowrie, and spending time with our friends nearby. We wanted something we could put our own stamp on and have already put a lot of love into furnishing and renovating, with more to come.
