Our group of 3 families, 13 people in all, loved staying here. The neighborhood was easy to get to, close to the mountains and perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again!
Great access to the Cottonwood Canyons as well as Park City area and to Salt Lake City for more urban activities. The house was very comfortable for our party of 7.
We traveled to slc to ski all the nearby resorts, particularly in the cottonwood canyon. It was a perfect location. To the resorts in 30 min. The space was perfect for 9 of us. The house is on a hill with beautful sunset views of the wasatch range. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Early Thanksgiving
The week before Thanksgiving was the only time the entire family could get together. We came from Nevada and Idaho to enjoy our company and a great chance for us to see all of the grandchildren at the same time. The house was great, all nine of us were very comfortable. The downstairs area was fantastic for the kids or for a little separation. Topped the trip off with a trip to "Disney On Ice" . The house has very clean, had everything including space.

Happy to hear that the house worked out great for your vacation!
We stayed here for several weeks with different friends and family coming to visit us and to go skiing. The house worked out really well. It is in good condition and in a very convenient location. Only 16 minutes to the airport; 3 minutes to excellent grocery stores, ski rental, restaurants; less than 35 minutes to all the ski areas (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, Park City, Deer Valley) and 55 minutes to Snowbasin which our friends and family really enjoyed.
We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen for a large group - the kitchen has an open feel and big center island so guests could help cook but be out of the way. Neighborhood is good for walks.
The owner and property manager were very responsive when we had an issue.
Highly recommend this house.

It was easy to get to Convention. Beds were good. Bathrooms good. Living spaces comfortable
We were excited to be there with friends attending the same convention. However when the neighbor took pictures of us unloading the car and pictures of the license plate we were concerned. In talking with him I discovered the House was located in a town that only allowed 30 day rentals. The neighbor was documenting the renters to give to the City Attorney. It appears the owner is violating city ordinances by renting for less than 30 days. So I understand why the neighbors are upset. Seems this owner is not popular in the neighborhood.

The lone neighbor in question is not happy with my family being out of state owners even though my father and immediate family were born and still reside in Salt Lake. Our house is under no violation according to Assistant District Attorney of Salt Lake County as we only rent our house once per month. Beginning in September 2019 we will have a legal small business license because our neighborhood is now governed by Millcreek township not Salt Lake County. We will have the option to rent out our house 365 nights a year. We will be documenting any contact with this neighbor going forward and hope we do not have to involve the authorities.

Great location, but not as expected
The location is great and the house is generally comfortable. Very easy drive to ski slopes.
However, the house was not in the shape we expected. The hot tub did not work, nor did the dishwasher. All the dishes had to be handwashed before use because they had a soapy white residue on them. A main reason that we chose this property was for the hot tub, which did not work and no attempt at fixing it for more than 3 days after contacting management. The sheets and towels in the house all smelled musty. None of the fireplaces in the house worked. Much of the furniture had damage to it.
After the first 3 days in the house, our heater broke. We had a very difficult time getting this dealt with and ended up taking an entire day out of our trip to wait for an electrician to come.
Communication was poor. There was no check in information given until about 2 hours before the time we were told at booking until after several phone calls and messages. Any problems brought up were responded to denfensively and not proactively foxes. Despite these problems, I do feel as though there was some effort towards productive communication made later on.
This would be a great spot if some maintenance can be done, upkeep can be improved, and management attitude is more agreeable. However, as it stands the property is not as advertised. Loved the air hockey table though!

This guest was one of those people that should only stay in hotels. Anything he complained about was addressed immediately with a service call.
House did a great job of handling 2 families of 4. Perfect location for skiing the canyons. It is up a slight hill so an all wheel drive vehicle is best if snow possible
This house was perfect for our group of two families that were vacationing together. The kids loved the ping pong table downstairs. Having two living rooms also helped the kids and adults have separate spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with every cooking or baking item you could need. The location was close to everything we were doing in SLC.
We rented this house for a week for our family ski trip (7 people total). The house is 30-35 minutes to Park City and Cottonwood Canyons resorts. Close to groceries, restaurants, etc. We all enjoyed the week and the comfortable beds! The house had plenty of room.
Overall, the house could stand a good, deeper cleaning, but we know we were back-to-back with another renter.
We’d definitely stay here again.
This was a great week long rental for our ski group. We were able to get in easily and check out quickly to catch a flight. Both the property owner and manager were both great to work with by being proactive on communicating.
Overall exactly as described!
Our large family gathered unexpectedly for a funeral. This spacious home gave us plenty of room to be together and also some peace and quiet when needed. Kitchen is well stocked and open area with dining and living rooms made it easy to gather. All bedrooms have plenty of room and are very comfortable. The view was beautiful day and night. Quiet neighborhood and great location for us. My only constructive feedback would be minor things like lightbulbs being burnt out and offering basic toiletries like small shampoo and soap for travelers.

Nice spot for a family reunion
Spacious and functional house with a great view of Salt Lake City - especially at sunset. Easy access to the mountains, downtown, and the airport. This place really worked out well for our expansive family.
