Vartan's summer house, is a terraced house, located at kalamaki village! The house is fully autonomous and modernly equipped,with home appliances ready to host families and friends as well as pets in our garden! It is a traditional house with respect to privacy and nature, ideal for summer moments full of carelessness and happiness!

The whole property yard of vartan's is 1800 square meters!
The house is (91 square meters) and its surrounded from olive oil trees , plants and grass
At the ground floor you will find the living room (32sqm) with a fireplace, a comfortable modern kitchen (15,5 sqm), two bathrooms (6 sqm) and the main Bedroom (10sqm)
You follow the stairs (70cm x 3,0m) to the attic (1st floor), where there are two bedrooms (14,5 sqm ) with double beds, WC (2.5 sqm) and a small refrigerator at the main corridor (5,5sqm)
Τhe house have Energy efficiency certificate (PEA) class:A
