Hidden Lakes Haven

Welcome to our new home which has been designed to take in the views of the lake and mountains and has indoor/outdoor flow

Our home has spacious open plan living with large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, ensuite, bathroom & separate toilet so plenty of room for eveyone to relax

We are located 2 minutes walk through the reserve to the lake, 5 minutes drive to the town centre or if you feel like a stroll it's about a 15 minute walk.

Amazing Stay

This home is amazing! The host had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was stocked as if it were our own. Plenty of spices, baking supplies, breakfast supplies and even supplies in the fridge. There is an awesome coffee bar with different Coffee/teas/hot chocolate. The house was super clean and bathrooms well supplied also. The host was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions. Check in/out was easy. We really loved staying at this home and highly recommend it to others.

Kathryn has thought of everything!

Fabulous, well designed, clean and tidy property. Great location near the lake walkway - 15 mins walk into town. Dramatic views from the lounge and outdoor eating area. Kathryn has thought of everything you could need including toys, baby items and pantry accessories . We had a lovely stay and look forward to returning.

Beautiful house in Te Anau

We were two families with school-age children traveling through New Zealand. This is a beautiful modern house that is well located. My only complaint is that the heat from the two mini splits did not reach the master bedroom very well. We also had some confusion with the hot water heating system, and took at least one cold shower.

Wonderful house with everything, you could need.

We loved this house, it had everything we needed. It was a newer house, with nice lovely facilities and heaps of basic stocks to support our cooking.

Beautiful location

I would advise that this not be advertised as a 3 bathroom house. There was one full bath, one room with toilet only, one room with bath and shower. We had 5 adults all trying to use one toilet. I would not have booked this unit had I known there were only 2 toilets. It was also cold- especially at night.

Lovely property 5 mins drive from the centre of town. Very clean, lovely outlook over the mountains. Lots of little extras in the pantry, washing powder etc which made it home from home. Highly recommend.

Has everything you could possibly need

We have stayed at many holiday homes and own one ourselves, but this home was right up there with the best. Clean, comfortable and cosy, but a fridge and pantry full of food, plus all the little things eg toys for the kids, that’s what sets this home apart.

Overall good . We run out of hot water , no gas bottle on site to swap . Have to wait and she didn’t allow extended stay so we need to go without shower on last day.

Just like home!

This property is all about comfort and certainly makes you feel at home the minute you walk inside. It caters for couples and families with a well stocked pantry and kitchen. There are toys, books games, dvd's...the kids will have no shortage of things to do! It is easily accessible to the CBD, restaurants and lovely walks. This property is a credit to the owners.
