Can't actually review the property

I never actually got to set foot here due to the fact that the host apparently never figured out that I had made a reservation (and emailed her per her instructions). VRBO didn't allow refunds as I had made a reservation so I had no recourse except to communicate with her. The only time I talked to her was asking her why I don't have check in information - she said she'd call me back and after an hour of waiting for some communication I tried to call back (straight to voicemail). Suspicious, I asked my husband to call on his phone and she picked right up, so I suspect she blocked my number! She left us stranded with no place to stay for a 4 night trip and with a 1 year old baby! Terrible experience and I hope she learns how to communicate before ever having guests.
