The neighborhood is friendly and in walking distance to Publix supermarket & many restaurants. It has plenty of space to entertain, a large dining table, fully equipped kitchen w/ all necessary cooking/dining ware & utensils. Big sunroom w/ a pool table & a game table. A large sunny deck with a fully fenced back yard.
