Welcome to 4784 Tennis Club Villa.

4784 is a 692 square feet space with a king bedroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, walk-in glass shower and a screened in porch that overlooks the world famous Roy Barth Tennis centre.
The resort offer amazing on island dining options or wonderful choices just off island at Freshfields Village.
We offer key-less self-entry, with a unique personalized numeric code to the locks on the front door.
4784 Tennis Club Villa has all the comfort you need for a great vacation. It's a second floor villa requiring guests to climb one flight of stairs.
We are the closest villa to the Sanctuary Hotel, the resort 5 star hotel, with its restaurants and bars, and a short, 5-7 minute walk to the islands 10 mile long beach.
We have ample space to park two cars, immediately in front of the Villa.
As hosts, we are taking over managing our Villa, with the results of greatly improved cleaning practices, the standard of linens guests would expect when visiting a location such as Kiawah Island, and the use of beach chairs and towels.

Off and On the Island

Enjoyed our lengthy stay in this well appointed condo. Conveniently located inside the Island with easy access to the beach, Fairfield Village and all those amazing golf courses. We took several trips to Charleston for dinning and golf. Would recommend Charleston National as a golf destination.

Perfect Winter getaway to Kiawah Island

The condo was clean, comfortable, stylishly decorated and felt like being at home. We loved beach walking, exploring the Island, cooking and relaxing in the condo. Watching tennis games from the screened porch was fun!

Perfect stay at Kiawah Island Tennis Club Villa

Everything was perfect for our 4 day stay. The villa was clean, and provided all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The beach chairs and umbrella were an extra benefit as well as the ability to rent the bicycles. Communication with the owners prior to and during our stay couldn't be better. I'd highly recommend this villa for couples looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay on Kiawah Island.
