1st Floor 1 BR 1 BA Windswept Villa for two (beds for up to 4 adults) on the ocean side of the street. NO PETS PERMITTED.
New for 2024 - Custom tile walk in shower!!
Updated kitchen includes Kraftmaid cabinets and granite countertops. Lots of new updates including Ethan Allen microfiber sofa, Lazy-boy swivel recliner, new paint throughout, new bathroom vanity with blue pearl granite counter, patio chairs, all new curtains, bedding, pillows, etc. Clean, fresh new feel to entire villa!
Amenities: Large living room with 50 in. widescreen smart TV, DVD and XFinity highspeed WIFI and cable TV. Bedroom with king bed with memory foam mattress, armoire, all linens provided. Full dining room. Queen size Murphy Bed sleeps additional 2 people on 10 in. memory foam mattress. Fully appointed kitchen. custom tile walk in shower, hair dryer. Separate toilet room. Laundry room with full size washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Hear the sounds of the ocean from the woodland view balcony. First floor villa with only 1 flight of stairs to the front door!
Steps to the middle of Kiawah's world famous 10 mile long sandy beach. Located on the ocean side of the street, across the street from Night Heron Park.

We were in town for a wedding and the condo was ideally located for the weekend wedding events. When we had time off during the day, nearby Night Heron Park provided a lovely outing for fresh air and a light lunch. We would stay here again.

Brendan was very easy to communicate with on this rental. We enjoy the Windswept units for the location on Kiawah. The unit was very clean and the updates were nice. The bed was very comfortable as was the new recliner. We would highly recommend the unit for a couple or small family.

We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah. The villa was very comfortable and clean. The owners are great communicators and return messages fast. Recommended for couples since there is one bedroom, although there is a pull down bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking simple meals or snacks. Good supply of ice.

Perfect place to stay

It was my second time in Kiawah with my fiancé, this time bringing a family member of mine. The location of this apartment is basically steps away from the boardwalk to the beach and was perfect size for what we needed. No issues at all. Definitely wish we could have stayed longer and we will keep this place in mind if we come back in the future.

Great location, comfortable bed

Location of the condo is wonderful - in the heart of the Kiawah action and right by the beach. You can walk to the splash pad, grab coffee at The Nest, and get to everything easily which we loved. Condo was as described and accurately depicted in photos - not fancy, could use some updating, but is clean enough and was comfortable. We especially liked the comfy bed! Thanks for hosting us!

We loved this condo!

We would absolutely stay here again. Everything was in great condition with lots of luxury touches throughout the property, better than expected. The mattresses were quality memory foam, nicer than what you'd find in premium hotels. The walk to the beach is about as short as you can find on the island. Great patio with three comfortable seats. I was really impressed with all the little touches that made for a pleasant stay. The owners seem to have perfected setting the condo up for guests. One minor point is that the pools at Night Heron park can only be accessed if you book through the Kiawah Resort, VRBO does not count. The ocean was warm enough that we swam in it comfortably, so we would not have used the pool anyway.

Just okay

Property was just okay. The cleanliness could have been better. There were a few dead bugs in the silverware drawer so we didn't use the kitchen other than the frig. There were quite a few spider webs in and outside the place. The one on the back porch kept us from that area. Also the place needs some electrical work. The outlets in the bathroom and bedroom didn't work. We still had a nice time but checked out after the first night because we just wanted to sleep in our own beds. Location was nice, only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Also wanted to note that even though we were on the first floor, we still had to climb a flight of steep steps. This may be difficult for small kids or elderly.
