Cozy House in the nature

Our house is located in the green area in the southbound direction from the centre of Prague (just 23 km away) in a really quiet neighbourhood. The main street is further away so you have no cars passing around. We enjoy beautiful sunsets as we are the last house in the end. Guests usually come to our house to discover hidden treasures of nature and historical monuments of Central Bohemia. We have two grocery shops, gas-station, pharmacy as well as bus stop just 10 min from our house.

The advantage of our neighbourhood is the position close to Prague, only 23 km far away. Guests usually come to our house to discover hidden treasures of nature and historical monuments of Central Bohemia. Close to our village is a châteaus hotel Štiřín with a golf tee, many ponds, large forests with a well-maintained network of trails for walks or bike tours. Basic services are in walk distance, 2 supermarkets (Billa and Tesco) are nearby in 5 min drive distance. Tesco is 10 min walking distance. We also have great Pizza to go just 8 min walking distance from our house.

You will have for yourself available an entire floor, including large living/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallways and a small vestibule with the storage space. Rooms on the first floor are not included in a rent and are closed for guests, we use it only as a storage.
Living/bedroom is equipped with double bed and single bed, as you can see in the pictures. TV with national channels and high-speed wi-fi internet connection. Kitchen with dishes, gas hob (oven is not available), only microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle. Bathroom with vintage bath, toilet (washing machine available on request in our house). Bed linen and towels are included.
