8-bedroom Urban Villa, 2 private pools

Urban Villa is a group of two brand new 4-bedroom Villas with two private pools, only 300 meters from the lovely sandy beach of Agia Marina. A tavern can be found right across the street and a supermarket at 250 meters away, while a few beach bars, many seaside restaurants, shops can be found within very short walking distance. The lovely town of Chania is located 9 km away.

Each sea view Villa (Villa Theasis and Villa Panorea) consists of four levels. The pool level of each Villa offers an open plan living room area with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a shower bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom is provided on the pool level.

The first floor of each Villa offers one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be arranged as one double bed if needed. Both bedrooms feature an en-suite shower bathroom. A beautiful furnished balcony is also provided on this level.

One more double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub is found on the top floor of each Villa. Free wireless internet, air conditioning and a washing machine are provided. The basement level of each Villa provides a small gym area.

Both Villas offer private pool of about 18 sq m with a separate children pool, sun loungers and sun umbrellas. A shaded outdoor dining area is also provided in each Villa.

Agia Marina is a popular seaside town with a long sandy beach with water sports, plenty of restaurants, shops, super markets, cafes and every day amenities. Public transport to Chania is easy and frequent and the bus stop is 250 meters away.
