This premium 962 square foot, 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo will sleep 4 guests. An attractive two-story (ground level entry) condo, it has a dining and living area facing Trail Creek and a private hot tub on the new paver patio. The fully equipped kitchen has a wonderful slab granite bar and countertops, the dining table seats four, and there are two bar stools for additional seating. Adjacent to the dining area is the living room with comfy seating for relaxation in front of the gas fireplace (currently out of order). Mounted above the fireplace is a 40-inch flat-screen TV. Also on this level is a powder room with a full-size stacked washer/dryer. The second floor is where the master bedroom is located and offers a queen bed, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and a sliding glass door to the small deck facing the creek. This bedroom has a beautiful en-suite bath with a steam shower to relax after a long day of skiing. The second bedroom is at the top of the stairs and faces south. This bedroom also has a queen bed and an en-suite bath with a shower. This unit does not have a telephone or A/C.

Complex Features: The Andora Villa condominiums are located near downtown Ketchum. This quiet villa overlooks tranquil Trail Creek and is about two blocks from downtown Ketchum and approximately 1/2 mile from the River Run ski lifts access area. This complex offers a peaceful escape but also has easy access to entertainment, dining, and outdoor recreation. There is a free shuttle that picks up near complex that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum, as well as Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

This was a great condo. Cute back porch right on the creek- with hot tub and barbecue. If you plan to ski, I would rent a car. Lots of road construction and rerouting of the mountain rides free shuttle. Otherwise a great stay! Easy walk to town.

Great location and private hot tub

Very Clean and good layout with a small private hot tub on the deck. Great location and well-maintained. The only issue is that the bedrooms were very warm and other than opening the windows couldn't get the bedrooms cooler. And this was winter.

I wish I had known there was no AC, which I didn’t see anywhere in the description. That being said it cooled off at night and we were comfortable. It was clean, looked like the pics, and very close and walkable to downtown. I would stay here again!

Actual condo overall nice, location wrong on listing

I booked this condo based on location and the location was off by 1/2 a mile including and uphill walk which made a big difference for my 73 year old father. The condo is also much smaller than it seems in the images - the couch has to cover one of the patio doors. Also there isn’t a closet in one of the bedrooms. It was clean and the creek out back is cute but ask more questions before you book.

I believe you called in advance to see exactly where the condo was in location to where you were staying in another place and we told you where it was located. There is a very short walk up a hill to get to town but not that bad. It is still in a great location walking distance to town and being on a creek is a bonus.

It is centrally located (5 min walk to downtown) and it lies midway between downtown and River Run (.5 miles to River Run Base). The home is immaculate and had every convenience imaginable. The home had very nice cookware, glassware and dishes. Very modern granite countertops and modern appliances. Everything was clean as a whistle. The beds were very comfortable and the master shower had a steam shower (which proved to be a benefit when returning from a day of skiing. An added perk was the full size washer and dryer. The hottub and gas fireplace were nice to have for late night relaxation. You cannot go wrong with this unit. It was perfect for our vacation.

Near town but ....

We were in Ketchum for a wedding. The property was a very nice townhouse. The location is close to town, but it is uphill and the sidewalk is next to the major road that runs into town. During the day it was fine to walk into town (5 min); however, we were there for a wedding so it isn't a walk you would want to do in evening clothes and dress shoes. We ended up getting a ride for the wedding. Also, it isn't well lit at night so be sure to bring a charged phone or flashlight with you. (One of the reviews had mentioned the walk into town being uphill and we just wanted people to be aware of it.) Other than that, the property was great (clean and comfortable) and also had a hot tub.

That happened to us last time also so we hope that they fix it so that we can come back. We really appreciated the maintenance and calling center staff. They came right away on a weekend:) Christa

Ketchum Dream Weekend

This property is an easy walk from Main St. in Ketchum where all the action is. When we weren’t out and about, we enjoyed sitting on the back patio enjoying the sights and sounds of the creek. The hot tub was a hit too. I hope to return to Sun Valley/Ketchum and stay here again.
