This beautiful approx. 85.00 m² apartment is located in an original, quiet Eifel village, in a central position for almost all of the Eifel's main attractions. (i.a. Ahr Valley 1 km, Nürburgring 13 km, Adenau 15 km, Blankenheim 15 km, Eifelmaare 25 km and much more. ) The place itself is on a mountain. From the apartment you have a wonderful view up to the Hohe Acht. Enjoy the peace and the beautiful view from your own garden. The apartment is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 5 people + 1 toddler. Garden furniture and grill are of course also part of the equipment. The apartment has a separate entrance.


Nürburgring: In addition to the racing events, the nearby Nürburgring also offers numerous day attractions and restaurants. An experience for young and old for the whole day.

Ahr Valley: The adjoining Ahr Valley with the breathtaking vineyards and idyllic places offers a variety of bike paths, hiking trails, castles and various other leisure options. Enjoy the idyll in one of the countless wineries with a glass of wine and a hearty meal.
There is a great summer toboggan run for your children.

Vulkaneifel: The volcanic lakes offer in their unique nature, swimming, water sports, castle visits, hiking trails and much more.

A very pleasant experience

They were very kind to us, I would stay with them again without hesitation. They were very attentive and the house is very good. Besides that the location was very good for us since we were going to Nurburgring. The whole group is very happy with the stay and with how hospitable they have been with us.

Übernachtung zum Nürburgring

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung nur für die Übernachtung wegen dem Besuch des Nürburgrings. Es war alles ok, die Vermieter waren sehr nett , die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten.

Tolles Wochenende!

Mit unserem Rennrad in der Eifel. Training Mont Ventoux

Unsere Anreise war sehr gut. Adresse hat unser Navi bis zur Tür geschaft. Die Familie hat auf uns gewartet und uns sehr nett empfangen. Dass Appartement ist, sauber und ist alles vorhanden. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wohnzimmer war wie bei meiner Mutter und gab mir ein vertrautes und angenehmes Gefühl. Badezimmer war mit ausreichenden Handtüchern ausgestattet. Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen. Sehr nette Vermieter und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist viel größer , als wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Gemütlich und alles da was man benötigt. Sehr schön ist ebenfalls, dass man den Garten mit benutzen darf . Haben den Aufenthalt im Zusammenhang mit einem Wochenende am Nürburgring gebucht und waren vollkommen begeistert. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Vermieterin sehr freundlich, Lage ruhig /ländlich.Garten sehr schön gepflegt. Wohnung geräumig und sauber.Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Ausstattung nicht modern, aber vollkommen in Schuss/gemütlich. Immer wieder gerne werden wir dort buchen, durften auch im Rahmen der Rennveranstaltung 2 Nächte buchen, was bei anderen Vermietern nicht möglich war.

Het betreft een prima appartement. Geschikt voor gezin met kinderen. Hele aardige gastvrouw en gastheer. Enige minpunt is dat er geen WiFi aanwezig is en het 3G netwerk in de directe omgeving niet goed is.

Urige Unterkunft mit vielen Anbindungen und sehr netten Vermietern

Eins vorweg - ich habe lange ein passendes, beschreibendes Wort für die Unterkunft gesucht. Am zutreffendsten finde ich URIG! Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gemütlich, der Preis ist absolut fair! Die sehr gepflegte Ausstattung ist überwiegend aus den 70/80ern. Ich mags, aber das ist natürlich subjektiv zu betrachten. Das Appartement ist sehr groß, gut geschnitten und bietet alles was man braucht. Lediglich die Duschtücher müssten größer ausfallen (waren nur Handtücher). Supermärkte sind zwischen 12 und 15km weit weg. Zwei Reithöfe sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Ein Spielplatz liegt im Ort (allerdings ohne Schattenplatz). Dafür ist der Freilinger See um die Ecke. Viele tolle Ausflugsziele liegen im Radius von einer Fahrtstunde. Einziges Manko - und das war uns bekannt: das nicht vorhandene WLAN und Mobilfunknetz. Das die Familie Wassong ohne Internet auskommt, finde ich absolut beneidenswert! Aber leider hat man auch kaum Handyempfang (nur im Garten und auch nur minimal). Um 4G zu erreichen (Stand August 2020) mussten wir bis nach Nürburg fahren. Kann mal gut tun, kann aber auch nervig sein. Besonders, wenn man mal eine wichtige E-Mail beantworten möchte.. Fazit: Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen, sollte es uns erneut in die Eifel verschlagen!

Sehr schöner Wohnort, ruhig gelegen, in der Küche ist alles was man braucht, Wohnung war sauber, Betten sind extrem bequem, Garten durften wir mit benutzen. Die Vermieterin kam am Ostersonntag mit Ostereiern runter. Fand ich eine sehr nette Geste. Immer wieder gerne dort hin! Kann ich nur empfehlen

Hadden te hoge verwachting

Nette woning maar geen WiFi wat wel toegezegd was, dit ivm ophalen kinderen bij rock am ring festival bijna geen netwerk dus mocht er iets zijn ben je totaal niet bereikbaar. 2e slaapkamer is er niet er staan 3 bedden in de woonkamer. Nieuwschierige eigenaresse ze belde aan mijn zoon lag te slapen er werd dus niet open gedaan toen kwam ze via een eigen ingang via hun woning gewoon binnen ze schrok dat er toch iemand thuis was en ging met een smoesje bij de tuindeur kijken je voelt je constant bekeken en in de gaten gehouden. Zeer jammer want verder nette woning en normaal zouden we makkelijk zonder WiFi of gsm kunnen maar speciaal gevraagd ivm mocht er iets op het festival zijn dat mijn dochter ons kon bereiken zodat we ze eerder konden halen en het stiekem binnen komen vind ik echt niet kunnen
