This mansion is located in the upper part of the center of São Bento do Sapucaí, in front of the main square. It is an old family house with a very quiet atmosphere to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains and enjoy this small and cozy city.

The house has three bedrooms - 2 double and 1 with two single beds -, barbecue, fireplace, kitchen, plus a balcony with hammock and a beautiful view to the mountains.
