The holiday home is situated on the L11 in the catchment area of ​​the health resort Krakow am See has 140m² of living space on a 600m² large plot. The rental price includes use of the swimming area, the boat rib and a rowing boat, The kitchen, dining and living area in the basement of the house is laid out bright and overlooking the lake. In the open kitchen area with a stove, fridge-freezer and dishwasher are integrated. In the dining and living area TV, radio and a fireplace. The ground floor has a guest bathroom with WB, WC and shower. The upstairs bathroom is space intensive additionally equipped with a bathtub. Furthermore, there are three fully furnished upstairs bedrooms, which are each equipped with two beds and can be used as a righteous desire double bed or two single beds. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the loggia. Pets and smoking are not allowed.


Resort Krakow am See: Our cottage is located on the Krakow Lake with access to the pier and swimming area.
The center of Krakow am See is about 2km. This path can be traveled by bike or car, as desired to walk well.
The city of Rostock / Warnemünde is good and easily accessible via the A19, as well as the Barlachstdt Güstrow or Plau are easily accessible on the lake via the B103 Marlow or even with its bird park.

Getting there: The address of the house is the Kuchelmisser Chaussee 4 18292 Krakow am See. You can access these from the north and south on the A19 motorway in the direction Kuchelmiß Krakow am See on the L11. After about 10 km, the L11 kreutzt the B103. Approximately 100m before the intersection on the left is the small cottage area.

About the A20 from the west via exit Satow / Bützow continue on the L11 over Bützow, Prützen, Lohmen towards Krakow am See are always on the L11 towards Kuchelmiß. After the junction of the B103 in the direction Kuchelmiß in about 100m on the right is the destination address.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Es war in dem Haus extrem warm( die Fußbodenheizung ließ sich nicht regulieren) so dass wir ständig lüften mussten. Die Strom und Wasserkosten erschienen uns mit 70 für vier Tage extrem hoch. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut.

Kurzurlaub über ein verlängertes Wochenende

Wir haben diesen Aufenthalt meinen Vater als Geschenk zum Renteneintritt geschenkt, da Preis-Leistung (laut Inserat) nicht zu toppen war. Die Lage ist nach wie vor ausgezeichnet, allerdings ist zu erwähnen dass mittlerweile ein Haus neu erbaute wurde, sodass die Sicht nicht mehr uneingeschränkt auf den See. Eine Übergabe erfolgte nicht selbst durch Herrn Pauli. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und für ein verlängertes Wochenende hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Ich war jedoch ein wenig vor den Kopf geschlagen als dann plötzlich 162 in bar zu zahlen waren. Wir waren alle davon ausgegangen, dass die Endreinigung mit inbegriffen war. Wärme und Wasser werden würden angeblich selbst erzeugt/ gewonnen werden. Von daher verstehen wir immer noch nicht ganz wie 150 in drei Tagen zustande gekommen sind. . Wie schon erwähnt wurden auch 60 für die Endreinigung gezahlt. Hierzu möchten wir alle anmerken, dass das Haus in einem ausreichenden Zustand übergeben wurde. Ein gemeinsamer Rundgang, um eventuell vorhandene Mangel zu protokollieren war ausdrücklich nicht gewünscht ("ich weiß schon von allen Mängeln, hier gibt es nichts was ich noch nicht weiß". Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben dermaßen nach Rauch gestunken, dass selbst den Rauchern aus der Familie schlecht wurde und wir diese mit Raumspray eingesprüht haben. Wir haben dieses am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes weitergegeben, es werde auch hier um gekümmert. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Es lässt sich in dem Haus gt leb

Schönes Haus mit Super Lage aber nicht richtig ausgeschrieben

Wir hatten tolle 4 Tage am Wasser mit vielen Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Als Angler hatten wir uns besonders auf das Boot aus der Anzeige gefreut, welches leider nur in der Saison zur Verfügung steht, was nur leider nirgendwo stand und einer der Entscheidgründe für das Haus war…. Zudem gab es die Möglichkeit die Betten auseinander zu schieben was wir taten. Leider waren die Zimmer nicht sonderlich sauber.. Zudem kommen Strom, Wasser und Wärmekosten + eine Endreinigungspauschale oben drauf, wovon nirgends etwas stand. Für 4 Tage mir sparsamen Verhalten und 5 Personen waren das nochmals 75€ Pauschale für die Endreinigung + 75€ Nebenkosten also 150€ von denen wir erst vor Ort erfuhren, nicht toll. Ansonsten Super Haus tolle Lage und eine netten Nachbarskatze die mal vorbeischaut.
