Location.That's the key for this very nice one bedroom condo in the heart of Olde Naples.Walk to the beautiful beaches and sunsets of the Gulf of Mexico and stroll thru 3rd street and Fifth Avenue with its wonderful bars, restaurants and shops-all within short walking distance. City dock restaurants, Tin City, boating and fishing are just a few minutes away too. You'll be very close to Cambier Park with its lighted har-thru tennis courts as well as other sporting amenities. Naples golf courses, Philharmonic Center for the Arts, movie theaters and night life all at your fingertips. Condo has , wood floors, plantation blinds and is very nicely furnished. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster etc. The bathroom has a tub and shower. Condo has WiFi .The condo is part of "Village Green" with its unique - Heated - community pool , Club House facilities (library, WiFi , computers), party room , grill, etc.
A rental application needs to be submitted by renter and approved by Board. Minimum stay of 4 weeks

Great location, cozy & comfortable

This is just what we needed while displaced from our home due to Hurricane Irma. It's a very quiet neighborhood with nice & friendly neighbors. We walked to the beach almost every night as it's only a few blocks away. The condo is small but plenty of room for the two of us. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
