Being one of the newest builds in Coronet Bay, this well positioned, architecturally designed, modern beach home boasts amazing panoramic views. This is my family home for when I have my 3 boys but am happy to share whilst away.

Sleeps 15 comfortably! King bed top level, 3 queens, bunk with trundle along with 2 kid fold out singles in the middle room, theatre has a sofa too.

Keeping entertaining in mind not only for adults but for children as well. The front balcony a whopping 60 square metre the opens fully up to the open plan living. I'll let the photo's do most the talking.

The bottom level very spacious for families with plenty to do. Theatre/ Rumpus, kids activities galore which includes board games, lego, books, jenga, movies and PS3 if the weather roles in.

The Yard is pet friendly and very secure. Including an outdoor shower.

Local attractions include, George Bass walk, Inverloch caves, Kilcunda, San Remo, Cape Woolamai war memorial, Chocolate factory, local safe kid beach at Coronet Bay, wineries, fresh produce and more.

Loan of the 4 person tinny and biscuit is an option to the right family. Happy to discuss at an extra expense.
