The property is located in the heart of the city yet again surrounded with nice greenery and is easily accessable from the railway station,busstand etc.
4 rooms are fitted with airconditioners and 2 rooms are non AC but still cool as they fitted with ecofriendly natural cooling technique of a bamboo false ceiling and water urn .
The air conditioned rooms have western toilets and the other rooms have traditional Indian toilets.
The property has a nice spacious balcony approx 2000sq.ft suitable for walking and play.
