Nintendo 64 & Nintendo Gamecube with 20 games. 3 big screen TVs. 4 total living areas. 2 kitchens. Recreational equipment available in the downstairs storage room. 11 TVs including 9 smart TVs with free Netflix (no password needed). High speed WiFi (100 mbps)

This house features a creative duplex design. There is an Ocean Side and a Marsh Side. Combined for large family reunions, the duplex provides connected space with 8 BR / 8.5 Bath in 4000 sq ft. Kitchens and living areas are in opposite locations for separation of groups if desired. The units are connected, but offset, providing views from both. The hallway upstairs can be opened for access between the units. The downstairs doors are simply across the stairwell landing, so you feel that you are under the same roof.

Family vayca

This is the ideal property for a family vacation.our group. We were short 2 people so there were only 10 of us but there was lots of room for 12 or 13. The location is perfect as its a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Resaurants and the pier are really close. The ladder for one of the bunk beds broke, we drove to the property managers office and told the about it and within a few hours they had it repaired.
